You Lifted Me Up
Lord, you picked me up and set me on solid ground in the storm.
Your right hand is reaching out to me when my life is out of the norm.
Whether in the good times or the bad you lifted me up to solid ground.
I will praise you because I know when I'm in trouble you are always around.
You lifted me up. Now I can stand on solid ground holding your hand.
You lift me up so I can see, beyond the mountains and the sinking sand.
I will have the strength through your Spirit to live above the circumstance.
Because you lift me up every day, I can have the victory at last.
I can be ever at ease when you lift me up and you turn my life around.
With you I dwell in heavenly places and I listen to heavenly sounds.
My heart is overjoyed, and I live a life that is always brand new.
Hallelujah, you lift me up, you lift me up through and through.
You lift me up, up to heavenly places.
You lift me up and now I have victory at last.
