For every truth that God has established in His word, there are so many untruths that the devil has propelled. The devil is the father of all lies and has led many astray.
 
Jesus said in Matthew 7:15-16: “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits.” So there should be false prophets in our midst as the word has said so.
 
In every Godly ministry, there should be the righteousness of God displayed by the leaders. Above all, they are always giving glory to Jesus for every miracle that happens. This is precisely why the Holy Spirit has come. His job is to lead us to the truth and glorify Jesus as stated in John 16:13-14: “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you.”
 
Here is my “don’t do” list:
 
1) Push people down and call it slain in the spirit.
2) Use prosperity messages or the gospel to increase my wealth. Run the ministry like a commercial organization.
3) Use pop culture or worldly culture to spread the gospel. For me, the word of God is the only way to spread the gospel.
4) As I am not medically trained, miracles of healings can only be announced on stage only after medical doctors have certified them.
 
Let us live a life that is worthy of God’s sacrifice or else we can unwittingly lead many astray.]]> Fri, 06 Jul 2012 10:01:32 -0230
