DO NOT WORRY
Mathews 6:25-34
#25- Worry means distress, sorrow, afliction, anxiety, anguish.
Jesus is not saying that is wrong we take care or to provide our material needs. What He is saying is that is wrong for us to be anxious or preocupaded, revealing our unfaithfulness in God, in his care and paternal love for us.
#30- ...if that is how God clothes the grass of the field...
The words in this verse have the God's promise to all of his sons and daughters in this era of afliction and hesitation. God promises to take care of our meal, clothes and other needs, we do not need to worry, yes, we do need to do our part working (couse nothing will be dopped of to you) and leave the rest to him. We need to live for him and let He das the domain in our lives, with the conviction that He will assume full responsability for a life totaly surrended (commited) to him.
#33- ...but seek first his kingdom and his righteousness...
Those who seek Christ are compelled to seek him above all things.
The verb seek means: to be engaged, busy with something or doing a extremely effort to improve something.
Christ mension two objects of our search: The kingdom of God and his justice.
-The kingdom of God- We have diligentment to seek the demonstration of Gods magesty and power in our lives and in our meetings at church. We have to pray for his kingdom to be manifest in the greatness of the Holy Spirit to save sinners, to destroy the demoniac influence, to heal the infirm and to raise the name of our Lord Jesus.
-His justice- With the help of the Holy Spirit we have to be commited to obey Christs commands, to have his justice, to remain separated from the world and to demonstrate his love with everybody.
...So, what He is saying is: "Seek me and rest on me. I want to take care of you, of your problems, of your sickness.
Stop to worship your problems. Leave your sorrows behind you and come as you are to praise and worship Me, only Me. I deserve all the honor and Glory."
If we do that, we gonna see our lives change.
So...pray with me right now..
Heavenly Father,
I surrend myself to you.If is Your will, help me to accomplish the things that I am looking for, if it insnt help me to understnad why I cant. Either one of other I want your guideness in my life, your direction, your perfect will, not mine. Help me to understand that your ways are not my ways. Help me to say YES to You. Help me to understand how fragile I am and that I need you always. Help me to furfill my dreams if they are according to You. Help me to be strong to fight and win my flash. Help me and teach me Lord, to be a righteous man/woman. Teach me holyness. Teach me to be the man/woman that you want me to. Let your will be done in my life.
I love you.
Amen.
God Bless you.
