"But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall much be required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more." Luke 12:48
IN JESUS TODAY:
To accept responsibility a leader must come with the knowledge of what is expected from them. A person that is unaware of the responsibilities of the position and accepts the position regardless, cannot expect that they will not be held responsible, in fact as we read here, "to whom much is given, much is required" Therefore, this person is held to a higher standard!
