You may knock me down and blindside,

 Me from time to time.

But my trust is in God.

And God's strength is mine.

Any chance you ever had.

Jesus nailed it to that cross.

You must rage, rant and threaten.

Trying to crush my will.

But His Word assures me.

To trust Him and stand still.

No storm, threat, health problem or financial disaster.

Will thwart me because it's Jesus I follow after.

It must be a defeating thought.

To lose before the fight began.

Kudos to you for trying.

By faith I will stand.

Notice has been served on you.

I wish you would quit trying.

When this war is over through Christ.

I will live and you will do the dying.
