Ann M. Wolf "Remember Me" - "Do this in remembrance of me"

Category: Music
Duration: 00:05:24
Description:
Country Blues Guitar licks and heart-felt vocals (by Ann M. Wolf - Songwriter & Chaplain for God & Country,) set the background for this inspiring celebration of our Unity in Body of Christ, beyond religious affiliations, culture, race or national boundaries.

Says Ann M. Wolf, How can we share God's love in the ways that we care for each other, everywhere we go, taking "The Church" out of the buildings & to those who are seeking or hurting? The Communion Service was given to us to "Remember" our soul's purpose and to allow us during the sacrament, a moment to refresh ourselves in the Bread of Mercy as we reach for the Wine of Grace; but did Jesus say, "Do this in remembrance of Me" for only the time of the sacrament? Or could He be inviting us to learn how to live in constant Communion with God via His Spirit, each moment of every day. Join with me in learning more about Communion as a way of life as we not only Remember His Sacrifice, but embrace fully the process of "dying to the old, as we discover & learn to live what is really means to be New in Christ." Sincerely, Ann M. Wolf

This song has been written from the perspective of Jesus, speaking to us from the Table at the Last Supper:

"REMEMBER ME" - By Ann M. Wolf - Words of the song

VERSE ONE:
When you break this bread,
Remember Me.
When you drink from this cup,
Think of Me
For this is My Body
And all of Me I've given
That all My Father's people shall live.

VERSE TWO:
When you wake each morning,
Remember Me
Take Me with you,
Wherever you go
When Love is the reason,
For all you do
I will live in you.

CHORUS:
So remember Me,
I am with you for all time
Remember Me,
Let my Spirit cleanse your mind
Remember me,
I will be back for you in time
Remember Me.

VERSE THREE:
When you speak, speak Life
And remember Me
When you reap each harvest,
Think of Me
And shine like a beacon,
Cast your light across the seas
For someone could be searching for Me

CHORUS:
Keep your eyes on Me,
I am with you for all time
Remember Me,
Let my Spirit cleanse your mind
Remember Me,
I will be back for you in time
Remember Me.

VERSE FOUR:
When you break this bread,
Remember Me
When you drink from this cup,
Think of Me
For this is My Body
And all of Me I’ve given
That all My Father’s people shall live.

VERSE FIVE:
When you wake each morning,
Remember Me
Take Me with you,
Wherever you go
When I am the reason,
For all you do
I will live in you.

So...
Remember Me
Remember Me
Remember Me...

NOTE: This song is available on two CDs, the classic version on "Remember Me - The CD" and this version which can be found on the CD, "Nothing But the Blues Without You."
