ABOUT: Join the thousands who stood with respect as the SS Knauss procession passed from the Knoxville, TN airport to the funeral home. The people stood for him, for the 1st Responders and for all who died or were injured on that terrible day in August 2021.

KIA/AFGHANISTAN: Staff Sgt. Ryan Knauss, 23, of Corryton, Tennessee, died from injuries suffered in the attack on Thursday, August 26, 2021, near the Abbey Gate entrance to Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, Afghanistan.He was among 13 American service members killed, while dozens more were injured.
