"TAKE CARE OF YOUR HANDS" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

I SHARED THIS SOME TIME AGO BUT FOR YOU THAT DIDN'T SEE IT, THIS IS FOR YOU.  THE MESSAGE IS GOING TO BE A LITTLE DIFFERENT THIS MORNING.  I AM GOING TO COPY A STORY FOR YOU AND I WISH I KNEW WHERE IT CAME FROM SO I COULD GIVE CREDIT TO THAT PERSON.  IT WILL NOT ONLY MAKE YOU LOOK AT YOUR HANDS IN A DIFFERENT LIGHT BUT YOUR LIFE ALSO.  I KNOW I WILL NEVER LOOK AT MY HANDS THE SAME WAY AS I HAVE IN THE PAST.  I HOPE YOU WILL ENJOY IT.

Grandpa, some ninety plus years, sat feebly on the patio bench. He didn't move, just sat with his head down staring at his hands. When I sat down beside him he didn't acknowledge my presence and the longer I sat, I wondered if he was OK. Finally, not really wanting to disturb him but wanting to check on him at the same time,...

"KNOWING GOD'S WILL" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

DID YOU KNOW THAT IT IS GOD'S WILL FOR YOU TO BE SAVED?  HOW ABOUT BEING HEALED, OR PROSPEROUS, OR STRESS FREE, OR NOT BEING LONESOME?   I WILL GIVE YOU SOME EXAMPLES.

SAVED....2ND PETER 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

HEALED....1ST PETER 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

PROSPER....3RD JOHN 1:2...
"JESUS SHARED HIS FATHER'S GLORY" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

John 5:18, "Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God."

JOHN 5:16-27

When the Jewish authorities heard Jesus call God "my (own) Father", they immediately understood that Jesus claimed for Himself deity in the highest possible sense of that term. That claim was either blasphemy, to be punished by death, or else Jesus was who He claimed to be.

Jesus never associated Himself with His disciples by using the plural pronoun "our" Father. Rather, He always used the singular "my" Father, since His relationship was unique and eternal, whereas theirs was by grace and regeneration.

We should ponder carefully our Lord's own conception of who He was. He said "I am from above" (Jn. 8:23); "Before Abraham was, I AM" (Jn. 8:58); "I and my Father are one" (Jn. 10:30); "He...

"GOD LOVES YOU" BY DAVID MCMILLEN
DO YOU KNOW THAT GOD LOVES YOU.  HE DOES....HE TOLD ME JUST THIS MORNING.  YOU DON'T THINK GOD TALKS TO ME?  JUST LOOK..  "JOHN 15:9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love."

HE IS NOT JUST TALKING TO ME, HE IS TALKING TO ALL OF US.  WE JUST HAVE TO GET INTO HIS WORD AND LISTEN. WE HAVE NO IDEA JUST HOW GREAT THAT LOVE IS.  OUR LITTLE PEANUT BRAINS CAN'T THINK THAT BIG.  AS THE FATHER HAS LOVED JESUS, SO HAS JESUS LOVED US.....WOW!!!

FOR YOU WHO DON'T READ YOUR BIBLE EVERY MORNING, SEE WHAT YOU ARE MISSING.  HOW GREAT IT FEELS TO KNOW THAT SOMEONE LOVES US SO MUCH.  I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT THAT MAKES ME FEEL WONDERFUL.  AND, HE ONLY WANTS GOOD THINGS FOR US.  SEE WHAT HE SAYS IN JEREMIAH 29:11-13 "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the...

"REST IN HIS LOVE" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

"REST IN HIS LOVE" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

John 5:16, "And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus, and sought to slay him because he had done these things on the sabbath day."

JOHN 5:16-27

The Sabbath was first mentioned in Scripture in Exodus 16, when the Lord started miraculously providing the children of Israel with manna in the wilderness. The Israelites were commanded to gather twice as much manna on the sixth day because God would not provide any on the seventh day. Shortly after this, the Lord commanded the observance of the Sabbath day in the ten commandments that were communicated to Moses on Mt. Sinai on the two tablets of stone (Ex. 20:8-11). In this command, God connected this Sabbath day with the rest that He took on the seventh day of creation.

As revealed in Colossians 2:16-17, the Sabbath was symbolic. According to Exodus 23:12, one of the purposes of the Sabbath was to give man and his animals one day of...

"JESUS IS THINKING ABOUT YOU" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

"JESUS IS THINKING ABOUT YOU" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

ISN'T IT GREAT TO KNOW THAT THE LORD HAS THOUGHTS OF PEACE TOWARD US. THAT IS WHAT JEREMIAH 29:11 SAYS "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." JUST TO THINK THAT THE GOD OF THIS WHOLE UNIVERSE, THE ONE WHO CREATED US AND EVERYTHING, THINKS ABOUT US.  WHEN READING THIS WE HAVE TO REALIZE THIS PROPHESY WAS HUNDREDS OF YEARS BEFORE JESUS, OUR LORD, WAS EVEN BORN.  I WOULD ASSUME THAT THE "EXPECTED END" WOULD BE OUR SALVATION AND OUR BEING ABLE TO LIVE WITH HIM FOREVER. THAT IS AN "EXPECTED END" I AM GOING TO ENJOY.

IN THE NEXT TWO VERSES, 12 AND 13, HE TALKS ABOUT US PRAYING TO HIM AND FINDING HIM WHEN WE SEARCH WITH ALL OUR HEARTS, "Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall...

"NATURALLY HOLY" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

"NATURALLY HOLY" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

John 5:14, "Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee."

JOHN 5:1-15

In saying this, Jesus shows that sin causes the tragedies that come into our lives. The reason for holiness in the life of the believer is that when we obey sin, we yield ourselves to Satan, the author of that sin. Yielding to sin is yielding to a person - Satan. God doesn't impute the sin to us but the devil does. Our actions either release the power of Satan or the power of God in us.

Although God is not imputing our sins unto us, we cannot afford the luxury of sin because it allows Satan to have access to us. When a Christian sins and allows the devil opportunity to produce his death in their life, the way to stop it is to confess the sin, and God who is faithful and just, will take the forgiveness that is already...

"ASK FOR YOUR MIRACLE" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

"ASK FOR YOUR MIRACLE" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

ASK FOR YOUR MIRACLE

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN ASKED IF THE MIRACLES IN THE BIBLE ARE REALLY TRUE?  I KNOW THEY ARE TO BE TAKEN LITERALLY JUST LIKE ALL SCRIPTURE SHOULD BE.  NOW THERE ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF SYMBOLISM LIKE IN PSALM 17:8 WHERE DAVID SAYS TO GOD, "Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings".  WE ARE NOT REALLY APPLES IN GOD'S EYES AND I DON'T BELIEVE GOD HAS WINGS BUT THE MIRACLES ARE NOT SYMBOLIC AND THEY SERVE A PURPOSE TO DO SOMETHING THAT COULD NOT BE DONE IN ANY OTHER WAY.

TO START THINGS OFF, LET'S LOOK AT THE PLAGUES ON EGYPT.  IF THE PLAGUES NEVER HAPPENED, WHY WOULD PHARAOH LET THE ISRAELITES GO?  HOW ABOUT THE PARTING OF THE RED SEA WHERE PHARAOH AND A LOT OF HIS ARMY DROWNED?  IF THIS...

"SOMETHING NEW" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

"SOMETHING NEW" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

Luke 5:36-37, "And he spake a parable unto them; No man putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old; if otherwise, then both the new maketh a rent, and the piece that was taken out of the new agreeth not with the old. And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish."

MATTHEW 9:11-17, MARK 2:16-22, LUKE 5:30-39

These two parables are in response to the scribes' and Pharisees' criticism (v. 30) and the question from John's disciples about why Jesus didn't act according to their religious traditions and expectations (Mt. 9:14; Mk. 2:18). The gist of these parables was to show that Jesus came to do a new thing that would not mix with the old covenant ways that were familiar to people (Isa. 43:18-19; Jer. 31:31-34; Heb. 8:7-13).

A new cloth sown on an old garment in Jesus' day would shrink the first...

"YOU CAN BE HEALED OF ADDITIONS" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

"YOU CAN BE HEALED OF ADDITIONS" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

ARE YOU AN ADDICT?  I WAS, AND THE FIRST STEP TO BEING HEALED IS ADMITTING IT.  YES, I SAID HEALED.  IT IS A SICKNESS AND THESE DAYS THEY HAVE MEDICINE TO HELP WITH MOST ADDICTIONS. HOWEVER, THERE IS A BETTER WAY AND THAT IS IN JESUS.

I HAVE WRITTEN ABOUT THIS BEFORE SO MOST OF YOU KNOW THAT I WAS AN ALCOHOLIC AND THE LORD HEALED ME ONE NIGHT AT A HOME CHURCH MEETING.  I WON'T GO INTO ALL THE DETAILS AGAIN, ALTHOUGH IT IS A GREAT TESTIMONY. LET ME JUST SAY THAT I WENT FROM ALMOST GOING INTO DTs, WHEN THE MEETING STARTED, TO THEM LAYING HANDS ON ME AND PRAYING AND JESUS HEALING ME. I EVEN STAYED AND HAD COFFEE AND DONUTS AND WAS TOTALLY AT PEACE AFTER THE MEETING.  AFTER THAT NIGHT IT WAS LIKE I HAD NEVER EVER HAD A DRINK.  I PROMISED GO
