2018 DATES

Our 2018 "downtime" is now a thing of the past and we have begun with our 2018 concert dates.  Our three-months "off the road" was very busy, as our mom began having health issues and found herself in hospitals and rehab ... even spending just under four weeks at Donna's house.  Her last stay in Rehab revealed that she wasn't able to live on her own, so she has moved into an assisted living facility and just LOVES the place and people there.  She's up sometimes until 10:30 or 11 p.m. playing games with the other residents.  So, we've been busy getting her settled and our husbands are making a few updates to her home in order to place it on the market.  Please pray that it will sell quickly and for the best possible price!

We began our concerts with a local event in Dayton at the end of February and then traveled to Southern Illinois last weekend.  We're off until after Easter, as Brenda is very involved in her...

"THE UNPARDONABLE SIN" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

"THE UNPARDONABLE SIN" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

MATTHEW 12:31, "Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shalt be forgiven unto men: but blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men."

LUKE 12:10; MATTHEW 12:24-31; MARK 3:22-30

The word "blaspheme" means "to speak evil of; defame; or revile." In context, Jesus is saying that blasphemy against the Holy Ghost is attributing the working of the Holy Spirit to the devil. Many people in the Bible did this, including Saul, who became the Apostle Paul. However, we see in 1 Timothy 1:13, that Paul said he received mercy concerning his blaspnemy because he had done it "ignorantly in unbelief." Therefore, the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost that Jesus warns about must be the willful reviling of the Holy Ghost with knowledge of what is being done.

This parallels Hebrews 6:4-6, where qualifications are placed on those who can fall away from grace. This...

"HEALING...IS IT FOR YOU?" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

"HEALING...IS IT FOR YOU?" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

DID YOU KNOW THAT GOD WANTS YOU HEALED?  THERE IS NOT ONE PLACE IN THE BIBLE WHERE JESUS REFUSED TO HEAL SOMEONE AND HE SAID HE ONLY DID THE WILL OF HIS FATHER.  (JOHN 5:30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.)

SO, IF IT IS GOD'S WILL TO HEAL, THEN YOU CAN BE HEALED.  GOD DOES NOT DO...
"WHY DO YOU DESERVE TO GO TO HEAVEN" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

IF YOU STOOD BEFORE GOD TODAY AND HE ASKED YOU WHAT YOU HAD DONE TO DESERVE TO BE IN HEAVEN, WHAT WOULD YOU TELL HIM?  SOME OF YOU WOULD START TELLING HIM ALL THE GOOD THINGS YOU HAD BEEN DOING LIKE GOING TO CHURCH, TITHING, TEACHING SUNDAY SCHOOL, ETC.  IF THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A TEST QUESTION, YOU WOULD HAVE FAILED.

THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN ADD TO WHAT JESUS DID FOR US ON THE CROSS.  OUR ANSWER IS "BECAUSE OF JESUS WE DESERVE TO GO TO HEAVEN".  ANYTHING WE TRY TO ADD TO WHAT HE DID JUST BELITTLES ALL THAT HE HAS DONE.  HE DID IT ALL.

YOU KNOW BACK IN JESUS' DAY ON EARTH, THE JEWS WERE REALLY ZEALOUS FOR THE THINGS OF GOD.  HOWEVER, THEY DIDN'T...

"BEING YOKED TO JESUS" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

"BEING YOKED TO JESUS" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

Matthew 11:28-30, "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

MATTHEW 11:20-30

Yokes were made of wood with two hollowed out sections on the bottom portion that rested on the necks of oxen, which used to plow or to draw a cart. Figuratively, a yoke symbolized servitude or submission. Jesus is admonishing us to submit ourselves to Him, for true rest comes from serving Him - not ourselves.

A new ox was often trained for plowing or drawing a cart by yoking him with an experienced ox. The yoke kept the young ox from "doing his own thing" and he soon learned obedience to his master. In like manner, we are to commit ourselves to being yoked to Jesus. "It is not in man that walketh to direct...

My Easter Message for Easter 2018

By Zack Martin, 2018-03-30

The Easter Message for Easter Sunday Morning, 2018 is entitled, "He Is Risen Indeed!" You can go to my forum and check out the complete message! I concentrate on the Resurrection of Christ and how important His resurrection is for our Christian Faith! I believe that it is something that we overlook the importance of the Resurrection and always seem to concentrate more on the cross. While the cross is important because it was the tool that God used to share His grace with mankind when Jesus became the perfect scarifice for our sins taking the sins of the world on His shoulders in a once and for all sacrifice that doesn't have to be repeated yearly. That ONE TIME WAS ALL THAT WAS NECESSARY! But without the Resurrection it would have been useless. Anyway, go to the sermon in my forums and check out exactly what the Resurrection did for our faith!

"WHAT IS NOT OF FAITH IS SIN" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

"WHAT IS NOT OF FAITH IS SIN" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

YOU WILL NOTICE IN THE LAST MESSAGE ON FAITH THAT IN BOTH INSTANCES THE PEOPLE INVOLVED DID SOMETHING.  THE RULER WENT TO JESUS AND ASKED HIM TO HELP HIS DAUGHTER AND THE CENTURION ASKED JESUS TO HEAL HIS SERVANT.  BOTH HAD FAITH THAT THEIR REQUEST WOULD BE ANSWERED AND DID NOT HESITATE.  I AM WONDERING JUST HOW MANY TIMES WE HAVE HESITATED AND NOT RECEIVED THE BLESSING THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN OURS.

I KNOW THAT THERE ARE TIMES WHEN WE JUST DON'T GET A CLEAR FEELING ON WHAT GOD WANTS US TO DO.  HOWEVER, I BELIEVE WE SOMETIMES HAVE TO GO WITH OUR "GUT" AND MAKE THE DECISION THAT GIVES US THE MOST PEACE.  WHATEVER WE DO WE MUST DO IT IN FAITH AND BELIEVE THAT WHATEVER DECISION WE MAKE...

"OUR INHERITANCE WITH CHRIST" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

"OUR INHERITANCE WITH CHRIST" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

Matthew 11:11, "Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding, he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he."

MATTHEW 11:2-19, LUKE 7:18-35

Much of the Old Testament deals with future events and the coming Messiah and His Kingdom. Not only was John the Baptist the voice of God to his generation, he was also the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy. He did not merely prophesy about the coming Messiah and the New Covenant, as the Old Testament prophets did, but he actually prepared the way for the hearts of the people to receive Jesus by bearing witness to the Light.

Although John the Baptist was the greatest of the Old Testament prophets, he was not a born again "new creature in Christ". When Jesus was raised from the dead, He enabled us to be "born of the Spirit" and become children...

"WHOSE FAITH WAS IT" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

"WHOSE FAITH WAS IT" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

Luke 7:13-14, "And when the Lord saw her, he had compassion on her, and said unto her, Weep not, And he came and touched the bier: and they that bear him stood still. And he said, Young man, I say unto thee, Arise."

LUKE 7:11-17

This example of the widow's son being raised from the dead is often used to demonstrate that Jesus produced many miracles without any faith from those receiving the miracle, but by His faith alone. However, the prayer in Mark 6:5-6 shows that Jesus could not (nor would not) do many mighty works in His home town because of the people's unbelief. Many scriptures reveal that faith must be present to receive from God (Mk. 11:23-24; Jas. 1:5-7).

So, whose faith was present in this instance? First, the mother of the boy responded to Jesus in faith. For this woman to allow Jesus to interrupt the funeral procession and tell her to stop weeping has to be viewed...

"DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAM" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

"DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAM" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

HAVE YOU BEEN STANDING FOR SOMETHING FOR A LONG TIME?  IT MIGHT BE THE SALVATION OF YOUR CHILDREN OR SPOUSE OR PARENTS OR IT COULD BE THAT YOUR HOUSE WOULD BE PAID OFF OR THAT YOU WOULD FIND A GOOD JOB OR JUST ANYTHING.  WHEN YOU PRAY, ACCORDING TO GOD'S WORD, AND BELIEVE YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT, THE BIBLE SAYS THAT YOU SHALL HAVE IT.

SOME THINGS I HAVE PRAYED FOR HAVE CAME RIGHT AWAY AND THEN I AM STANDING FOR THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME COMING.  THE GOOD THING ABOUT STANDING AND BELIEVING IS THAT YOU KNOW THAT YOU "SHALL" HAVE IT.  THAT IS GOD'S PROMISE IN HIS WORD AND IF IT WASN'T TRUE, HE WOULD NOT HAVE PUT IT IN THERE.  THE...
