              "Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy ways unto the Lord; trust in him; and he shall bring it to pass." Psalm 37:4,5

What are the things that bring the greatest pleasure to you in your life? This is what you delight in. Who are the ones that you have intrusted your life to? These are the ones who you are committed to. Does the Lord bring your heart great pleasure and have you placed your life in Him? These are the two questions that we need to answer. To have hope and expectation founded in a great love has many benefits including a confidence that what we ask for and wait for will come to pass. It is a promise with God's guarantee that it will happen when we place our trust in Him. Hoping, expecting, waiting, and calling it done in faith. These things may test your delight and committment, but placing your feet firmly on what God has said will give you the extra needed power to stay the course. Has He said it, and will He not do it? God will do all that He has said! Hope in God's plan and quietly wait for Him.

           "Trust in the Lord and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily shalt thou be fed." Psalm 37:3
