What Do You Have For Me To Do?
What Do You Have for Me To Do
David Erickson
F-85
Verse One
I keep wondering and asking you, Lord, is there something.
Something special for me to do for you, for you, my king.
Here I am mopping at the truck stop and praying for revival.
I want to be in the middle of your hope for our survival.
Chorus
What do you have for me to do, Lord, what do you have for me?
What must I do to fulfill your plan as we step into eternity.
I want what you want right now and for always.
What do you have for me to do, for me to do today?
Verse Two
I know this world is in need of men to stand in the gap for you.
Though I do my everyday task as a servant what more do I do.
The time is drawing near and we have little time to proclaim your name.
I will stand in the gap, so what would you have for me to do today.
Bridge
I know you have a perfect place for me in your work in these last days.
Use me, Lord. Whatever you want. What do you have for me to do.
