This is in stark contrast to this segment. Admittedly it was done long after the damage was done but if you look at 4:15 you will see one of the CDC consultants clearly state he warned them of this danger and yet when the CDC head is confronted with this, he denies it.Do you think much has changed in the last 30 years? If anything, conflict of interest has gotten much worse.This past Sunday's 60 Minutes segment did ask some hard questions to the Assistant Surgeon General. However, what was missing is that they didn't ask why CDC officials persist in telling the public that this H1N1 strain of influenza is quite dangerous when the experience of those in the southern hemisphere, which just finished their flu season, is in direct conflict with what the CDC is telling the American people.Overall 60 Minutes did a fairly good, objective piece of journalism that told the truth. They even pressured the Assistant Surgeon General about the vaccine's safety. On one hand, she's hitching her safety statements to the fact that the H1N1 vaccine is similar to seasonal influenza vaccine, and therefore "safe," even though she realistically CAN'T say that the new H1N1 swine flu vaccine is safe, or that it has been thoroughly tested because it only has been tested for a few weeks.On the other hand CDC officials are screaming that H1N1 is so different from the seasonal influenza strains that have circulated in the past few decades that a national alarm must be sounded and everyone needs to be so afraid that we all should get vaccinated to prevent a deadly pandemic. This is completely inconsistent and irrational logic.Come on CDC, you simply can't have it both ways.Questions that Were Are Not Being AskedThe interviewer on the 60 Minutes segment did ask some hard questions, but he, like most of the mainstream media did not ask important questions that are absolutely essential to understand precisely what is going on with this "pandemic"There have been 81 children who have died from H1N1 in the US. These of course are tragic.How many pediatric deaths occurred in children who:*Were positively lab confirmed as H1N1;*Had underlying chronic immune and brain dysfunction*Were fully vaccinated according to CDC recommendations*Had received influenza vaccine this year*Had received seasonal influenza vaccine in previous years*Received Tamiflu or another anti-viral prior to death*Had a coinciding bacterial infection with H1N1*Were never vaccinated - totally unvaccinatedOther Important Observations on the SegmentIt is quite clear from the video that Luke did not get worse until after he visited the physician and was given an antipyretic and possibly Tamiflu. Natural immunity is what you gain when you recover from influenza and natural immunity is what is protecting older Americans, who have recovered from exposure to H1N1 strains of influenza in the past.What is unknown is whether the massive amount of vaccine exposure in the US population has critically weakened people's ability to mount an effective immune response to novel infections like H1N1.It was discouraging to see 60 Minutes end their segment on H1N1 influenza vaccine with an encouragement to go to their website to find out where to get a swine flu vaccination...Fighting Back in the Courts -- and Winning!Last week the New York state Supreme Court judge issued a restraining order against the state from enforcing mandatory vaccination.This came about as a result of a lawsuit by the Public Employees Federation, the New York State United Teachers, and an attorney representing four Albany, NY nurses, who sought to reverse the policy that required New York hospital workers to get the swine flu vaccine or face termination. The suit argued that NY state Health Commissioner Richard Daines had overstepped his authority.The Supreme Court ruled that the vaccination for nurses, doctors, aides, and non-medical staff members who might be in contact with patients, remain voluntary.This is an incredible victory, and a vital one. And it shows that there are still ways to oppose the complete disintegration of human rights, choice, and freedom.In addition to that, on October 15, another group of health freedom advocates, including Dr. Gary Null and other New York health care workers, filed an emergency injunction in the US District Court for the District of Columbia to prevent the distribution of the swine flu vaccine, and to void the FDA swine flu vaccine approvals already granted on September 15.The complaint alleges that the government failed to follow its own rules and applicable legislation in rushing the vaccine approvals in the absence of any of the requisite minimum scientifically sound and appropriate testing for both safety and effectiveness as required by law since 1964.I will keep you posted on the progress of that injunction.Criticism is Par for the Course When Advocating Non-Conventional ViewsIt's impossible to take a stance against such an ingrained medical paradigm as vaccines without taking some hits, and I've taken my fair share lately. Some bloggers and doctors are naturally unhappy with what I'm disseminating, so I'd like to take a moment to clarify my own views.First of all, I'm glad that people from both sides of this debate are available to discuss it because that is what we desperately need -- discussion. Conventional medicine has routinely ignored and ridiculed the voices speaking up for a "safety first" approach. We need to have an open, public discussion about the realities and dangers of what we're doing, and whether or not vaccination is the safest approach to preventing chronic illness and maintaining health.So I'm actually pleased that the opposition is taking the time to read my material, as are millions of others who already agree and have looked deeply enough into the matter to understand my position.The fact of the matter is that vaccinations do not optimize immune function and there is way too little information about what else they do in the human body that may contribute to poor health. My main point is that there are ways to prevent illness and maintain health that are so much more natural, easier, less expensive and more effective than routine use of multiple vaccines in childhood and throughout life.So in many ways I am grateful for the swine flu challenge that we are now going through, because it allows us the opportunity to expose flaws in vaccine system and the way mainstream medicine thinks about health and wellness.Is the Swine Flu "Deadly," or Not?There are far too many points of criticism to respond to them all, but let's review one point that has come up -- a point that is commonly heralded by mandatory vaccination advocates.Many of them take serious issue with my claiming that the swine flu is not deadly, and use that to insinuate that I'm spitting on the graves of the children who have died.Nearly all of them, just like the CDC and mainstream media, use the statistic that 36,000 people die from the influenza every year. I actually wrote an article about this fallacy more than five years ago.Interestingly that number has remained static as if carved into stone all these years.However, the truth is that less than 1,000 people actually died from type A or type B influenza. The other 35,000 died from pneumonia. This is actually clearly listed on the CDC's own website, yet virtually everyone ignores this fact.Dr. David Rosenthal, Director of Harvard University's Health Services, brings further clarity to this confusion.Most of these so-called influenza deaths are in fact bacterial pneumonias -- not even viral pneumonias -- and secondary infections. Furthermore, a study in the Journal of the American Medical Academy shows that many of these deaths are a result of pneumonias acquired by patients taking stomach acid suppressing drugs.So, for example, if we are to take the combined figure of influenza and pneumonia deaths during the flu season of 2001, and add a bit of spin to the figures, we are left believing that 62,034 people died from influenza.The actual figures are 61,777 died from pneumonia and only 257 from influenza.Even more amazing, in those 257 cases, only 18 were lab confirmed as positive for the influenza virus!In my opinion, there's a vast difference between 257 deaths and 36,000 deaths from influenza..A separate study conducted by the National Center for Health Statistics for seasonal influenza seasons between 1979 and 2002 reveals that the range of annual influenza deaths were between 257 and 3,006, for an average of 1,348 influenza deaths per year.1Again, nowhere near the 36,000 mortality mark that has been etched into stone by those who are advocating annual flu shots.Although the loss of even a single life is tragic, I don't think anyone would look at these numbers and say that a mortality rate of less than 1,350 is cause to label influenza a "deadly disease" that requires mandatory influenza vaccination.Listen to the CDC's Own Admissions!So, how does the CDC respond to this discrepancy reported by the Harvard scientist?Please read carefully the CDC's own statement:"Typically, influenza causes death when the infection leads to severe medical complications... [and as most such cases] are never tested for virus infection......CDC considers these figures to be very substantial undercounting of the true number of deaths from influenza. Therefore, the CDC uses indirect modeling methods to estimate the number of deaths associated with influenza."In an earlier 2003 article JAMA, William Thompson from the CDC's National Immunization Program attempted to explain "influenza-associated mortality." He wrote,"Based on modeling, we think it's associated. I don't know that we would say that it's the underlying cause of death."2In summary, the CDC is admitting:*Deceased are not tested to determine the presence of the flu virus, and*They do not directly perform any direct testing to determine the exact cause of death. "Indirect modeling methods" is a professional way of saying they use subjective mathematical equations to arrive at their figures.The 36,000 mortality figure is nothing more than a mathematical model. The British Journal concluded that the only possible rationale for the CDC's complete disregard for scientific fact, even in face of independent research to discredit its statistics, is a public relations effort between the CDC and the vaccine manufacturer's campaigns to increase flu vaccination.What IS a "Deadly Disease"?As of October 11, 2009 the World Health Organization reported that, worldwide, there have been more than 399,232 laboratory confirmed cases of pandemic influenza H1N1, and over 4,735 deaths.Folks, that is 4,735 deaths in the ENTIRE world, not just the US!Most all of these deaths occurred in immunocompromised individuals.Now I do not want to diminish the value of any life, but what is needed here is a critical perspective.Malaria kills ONE MILLION people EVERY YEAR, worldwide. Death is a direct result of the malaria infection.So every DAY 2,740 people are dropping dead from malaria, whereas less than 13 people per day died from the swine flu in the past year, worldwide (if you disregard that most died not as a direct result of the swine flu virus, but from having poor immune function which led to serious secondary infections and complications).Did you ever wonder why malaria doesn't get much press coverage? Doesn't it strike you as odd that more isn't done to clamp down on such a deadly disease if governments are talking about quarantine centers at airports and suspending personal choice and freedom over the swine flu?Confusion and Misdirection IS at Work. But Why?A thorough , comparative analysis of several flu pandemics has been published in the prestigious British Medical Journal, that gives evidence that the H1N1 swine flu is of "the same subtype as seasonal H1N1 that has been circulating since 1977."3 The author points out the substantial confusion between the high public attention the present H1N1 scare is receiving and the very low level of scientific certainty that H1N1 is more severe than other seasonal influenza.With the facts at hand, it is easy to detect a pattern of misdirection and purposeful confusion.Doesn't it make you wonder why?swine flu postersYou Can Make a DifferenceMost polls show that we ARE making a difference because more people are becoming educated about influenza and flu vaccines, especially H1N1 swine flu. Recent national polls have revealed that 30 to 50% in many communities are not planning to get a swine flu shot. Those who haven't made up their minds yet have lots of questions. Keynote speaker Lord Christopher Monckton, former science adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, gave a scathing and lengthy presentation, complete with detailed charts, graphs, facts, and figures which culminated in the utter decimation of both the pop culture concept of global warming and the credible threat of any significant anthropomorphic climate change.A detailed summary of Moncktons presentation will be available here once compiled. However, a segment of his remarks justify immediate publication. If credible, the concern Monckton speaks to may well prove the single most important issue facing the American nation, bigger than health care, bigger than cap and trade, and worth every citizens focused attention.Here were Moncktons closing remarks, as dictated from my audio recording:At [the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in] Copenhagen, this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed. Your president will sign it. Most of the third world countries will sign it, because they think theyre going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regime from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody wont sign it.I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word government actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfication of what is called, coyly, climate debt because weve been burning CO2 and they havent. Weve been screwing up the climate and they havent. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government, is enforcement.How many of you think that the word election or democracy or vote or ballot occurs anywhere in the 200 pages of that treaty? Among those questions were these relevent to the forthcoming Copenhagen treaty:Question: The current administration and the Democratic majority in Congress has shown little regard for the will of the people. Theyre trying to pass a serious government agenda, and serious taxation and burdens on future generations. And there seems to be little to stop them. How do you propose we stop Obama from doing this, because I see no way to stop him from signing anything in Copenhagen. I believe thats his agenda and hell do it.I dont minimize the difficulty. But on this subject I dont really do politics, because its not right. In the end, your politics is for you. The correct procedure is for you to get onto your representatives, both in the US Senate where the bill has yet to go through (you can try and stop that) and in [the House], and get them to demand their right of audience (which they all have) with the president and tell him about this treaty. There are many very powerful people in this room, wealthy people, influential people. Get onto the media, tell them about this treaty. If they go to www.wattsupwiththat.com , they will find (if they look carefully enough) a copy of that treaty, because I arranged for it to be posted there not so long ago. Let them read it, and let the press tell the people that their democracy is about to be taken away for no good purpose, at least [with] no scientific basis [in reference to climate change]. Tell the press to say this. Tell the press to say that, even if there is a problem [with climate change], you dont want your democracy taken away. It really is as simple as that.Question: Is it really irrevocable if that treaty is signed? Suppose its signed by someone who does not have the authority, as I I have some, a high degree of skepticism that we do have a valid president there because I -I know at least one judge who shares your opinion, sir, yes.I dont believe it until I see it. Would [Obama's potential illegitimacy as president] give us a reasonable cause to nullify whatever treaty that he does sign as president?I would be very careful not to rely on things like that. Although there is a certain amount of doubt whether or not he was born in Hawaii, my fear is it would be very difficult to prove he wasnt born in Hawaii and therefore we might not be able to get anywhere with that. Besides, once hes signed that treaty, whether or not he signed it validly, once hes signed it and ratified it your Senate ratifies it youre bound by it. But I will say one thing; they know, in the White House, that they wont be able to get the 67 votes in the Senate, the two-thirds majority that your Constitution has stipulated must be achieved in order to ratify a treaty of this kind. However, what theyve worked out is this and they actually let it slip during the election campaign, which is how I know about it. They plan to enact that Copenhagen treaty into legislation by a simple majority of both houses. That they can do. But the virtue of that and here you have a point is that is, thank God, reversible. So I want you to pray tonight, and pray hard for your Senate that they utterly refuse to ratify the [new] Treaty of Copenhagen, because if they refuse to ratify it and [Obama] has to push it through as domestic legislation, you can repeal it.Regardless of whether global warming is taking place or caused to any degree by human activity, we do not want a global government empowered to tax Americans without elected representation or anything analogous to constitutional protections.The Founding Fathers would roll over in their graves if they knew their progeny allowed a foreign power such authority, effectively undoing their every effort in an act of Anti-American Revolution. If that is our imminent course, we need to put all else on hold and focus on stopping it. The current Convention secretariat will operate as such, as appropriate.To Redistribute Wealth (heading added)b) The Conventions financial mechanism will include a multilateral climate change fund including five windows: (a) an Adaptation window, (b) a Compensation window, to address loss and damage from climate changeimpacts [read: the "climate debt" Monckton refers to], including insurance, rehabilitation and compensatory components, a Technology window; (d) a Mitigation window; and (e) a REDD window, to support a multi-phases process for positive forest incentives relating to REDD actions.With Enforcement Authority (heading added) The Conventions facilitative mechanism will include: (a) work programmes for adaptation and mitigation; (b) a long-term REDD process; a short-term technology action plan; (d) an expert group on adaptation established by the subsidiary body on adaptation, and expert groups on mitigation, technologies and on monitoring, reporting and verification; and (e) an international registry for the monitoring, reporting and verification of compliance of emission reduction commitments, and the transfer of technical and financial resources from developed countries to developing countries. Educators May Face Jail Time for Prayer(Aug. 17) - Two Florida school administrators face contempt charges and possible prison time for saying a prayer at a school luncheon.Frank Lay, principal of Pace High School, and Athletic Director Robert Freeman are accused of violating a consent decree banning employees of Santa Rosa County schools from endorsing religion.They face a non-jury trial September 17 before U.S. District Judge Casey Rodgers. The statute under which they are charged carries a maximum penalty of up to six months in prison, subject to sentencing guidelines.Attorneys defending Lay and Freeman call it outrageous that the two are being prosecuted for "a simple prayer." But the American Civil Liberties Union, whose lawsuit led to the consent decree, maintains that students have a right to be free from administrators foisting their religious beliefs on them.Still, an ACLU representative said the organization never suggested that people should go to jail for violating the decree.The ACLU filed suit last year against the district on behalf of two Pace students who alleged that "school officials regularly promoted religion and led prayers at school events," according to an ACLU statement.Both parties approved the consent decree put in place January 9, under which district and school officials are "permanently prohibited from promoting, advancing, endorsing, participating in or causing prayers during or in conjunction with school events," the ACLU said.Lay was a party in the initial lawsuit, and his attorney was among those approving the consent decree, according to the organization. In addition, the court required that all district employees receive a copy.On January 28, "Lay asked Freeman to offer a prayer of blessing during a school-day luncheon for the dedication of a new fieldhouse at Pace High School," according to court documents. "Freeman complied with the request and offered the prayer at the event. It appears this was a school-sponsored event attended by students, faculty and community members."Attorneys from Liberty Counsel, a conservative legal group helping defend Lay and Freeman, said in a written statement that attendees included booster club members and other adults who helped the field house project, all "consenting adults."In a February 4 letter to district Superintendent Tim Wyrosdick in which Lay acknowledged the incident, he said that although past football booster club members "and other adults associated with the school system" were at the luncheon, culinary class students were in charge of food preparation and serving.Lay wrote that he asked Freeman to bless the food "for the adults. ... I take full responsibility for this action. My actions were overt and not meant to circumvent any court order or constitutional mandate."In response, Wyrosdick noted in a letter to Lay that in a meeting, the principal had admitted that "you are, and were at the date of this incident, aware of the court injunction and aware that this type of action is not permissible under the injunction."Wyrosdick recounted telling Lay that the prayer was not appropriate."This note is to share with you written instructions to avoid this type of action," the superintendent said. There is another 160 million vaccines due to arrive in October, at which time they intend to make it mandatory, even if they have to come to your house to give it to you. Live virus has been shipped by refrigeration trucks to all of the major cities in the US also, and these will be released into the population in October also. They are hoping for an infection rate of 80% of the entire population. When they did this in the 60's with the Hong Kong Flu, they had an unexpected survival rate which they will try to rectify in this present go round. The vaccines are laced with 3 DNA receptor sites making sure that anyone inoculated will get the flu, since it only takes one receptor site to catch it. This swine flu was manufactured, and is piggy backed with another human flu that causes vomiting and diarrhea, and the Avian/Hanta plague virus. The swine flu itself is not usually deadly, and neither is the other human flu virus, but that last one is extremely deadly and few survive. It will completely deplete the human body of Vitamin C very rapidly causing the lungs to become heavy wet sponges with no breathing passages. To be saved, it takes 400 of the 1000mg Vitamin C per day, from the first onset of the symptoms, for the first 72 hours or longer to be sure. The best method of receiving it is through IV's. Once quarantines begin, no one will be able to leave their home to go to a doctor or hospital. FEMA exercises are being preformed right now, practicing for picking up dead bodies. I live in FEMA sector number 9 of the major cities in the US. With the human flu that causes vomiting, it will make it difficult or impossible to be able to take that much Vitamin C by mouth, and it is not an easy Vitamin in the first place to try to stomach. Buffered Vitamin C would be better, but still really hard, and would cause diarrhea on top of the diarrhea that is already caused from the human flu part of this flu cocktail. The only other alternative is to crush the Vitamin C and mix it with purified water, and/or any other medicine that you need to take for fever or whatever, and given through a very slow enema. It is not to nice to think about, but it will save lives. The refrigerator trucks that are stored at Luke Air Force base must have had a leak, because right around that area, there has already been 545 confirmed cases and 5 deaths already. Texas was suppose to have had over 21,000 cases already, but none in New Mexico. One of my grandsons who lives with me has a very week immune system, and so do I. My oldest son's wife has already taken their 4 children to receive their flu shots, and has complete trust in the doctors and the government, who has advised her to do this. One of their sons is autistic from the childhood vaccines already, and she still trusts the system. Other countries are also planning the same procedure in October. I received a message from a pregnant woman in Austria who said that their forced flu shots starts in October also, and they are particularly targeting pregnant women knowing that it will kill the babies. She and her husband have sold their home and gotten an RV, and will be taking their children on the road trying to stay a step ahead of the government. She will be home schooling her children on the road. The World Wars will be coming, but only as a means to exterminate more people, and all of the governments are in this mass extermination together, but they have to put on a show as if the war is for standard political reasons. The US will be exterminating as many of it's own people as it can catch. All of the governments are pretty much in agreement that the earth only needs 500 million survivors on the entire planet, and of course the ones delegated to live are leaders and hot shots in government. Jane Burgermeister has recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder. She has also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which is being filed in America. These actions follow her charges filed in April against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing contaminated bird flu vaccine, alleging this was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a pandemic.Summary of claims and allegations filed with FBI in Austria on June 10, 2009In her charges, Burgermeister presents evidence of acts of bioterrorism that is in violation of U.S. law by a group operating within the U.S. under the direction of international bankers who control the Federal Reserve, as well as WHO, UN and NATO. This bioterrorism is for the purpose of carrying out a mass genocide against the U.S. population by use of a genetically engineered flu pandemic virus with the intent of causing death. This group has annexed high government offices in the U.S.Specifically, evidence is presented that the defendants, Barack Obama, President of the U.S, David Nabarro, UN System Coordinator for Influenza, Margaret Chan, Director-General of WHO, Kathleen Sibelius, Secretary of Department of Health and Human Services, Janet Napolitano, Secretary of Department of Homeland Security, David de Rotschild, banker, David Rockefeller, banker, George Soros, banker, Werner Faymann, Chancellor of Austria, and Alois Stoger, Austrian Health Minister, among others, are part of this international corporate criminal syndicate which has developed, produced, stockpiled and employed biological weapons to eliminate the population of the U.S. and other countries for financial and political gain.The charges contend that these defendants conspired with each other and others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis. She claims this evidence offers clear proof that the pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies themselves are actively engaged in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most deadly bioweapons on earth in order to trigger a pandemic and cause mass death.In her April charges, she noted that Baxter's lab in Austria, one of the supposedly most secure biosecurity labs in the world, did not adhere to the most basic and essential steps to keep 72 kilos of a pathogen classified as a bioweapon secure and separate from all other substances under stringent biosecurity level regulations, but it allowed it to be mixed with the ordinary human flu virus and sent from its facilities in Orth in the Donau.In February, when a staff member at BioTest in the Czech Republic tested the material meant for candidate vaccines on ferrets, the ferrets died. This incident was not followed up by any investigation from the WHO, EU, or Austrian health authorities. There was no investigation of the content of the virus material, and there is no data on the genetic sequence of the virus released.In answer to parliamentary questions on May 20th, the Austrian Health Minister, Alois Stoger, revealed that the incident had been handled not as a biosecurity lapse, as it should have been, but as an offence against the veterinary code. A veterinary doctor was sent to the lab for a brief inspection.Burgermeister's dossier reveals that the release of the virus was to be an essential step for triggering a pandemic that would allow the WHO to declare a Level 6 Pandemic. She lists the laws and decrees that would allow the UN and WHO to take over the United States in the event of pandemic. In addition, legislation requiring compliance with mandatory vaccinations would be put into force in the U.S. under conditions of pandemic declaration.She charges that the entire "swine flu" pandemic business is premised on a massive lie that there is no natural virus out there that poses a threat to the population. She presents evidence leading to the belief that the bird flu and swine flu viruses have, in fact, been bioengineered in laboratories using funding supplied by the WHO and other government agencies, among others. This "swine flu" is a hybrid of part swine flu, part human flu and part bird flu, something that can only come from laboratories according to many experts.WHO's claim that this "swine flu" is spreading and a pandemic must be declared ignores the fundamental causes. The viruses that were released were created and released with the help of WHO, and WHO is overwhelmingly responsible for the pandemic in the first place. In addition, the symptoms of the supposed "swine flu" are indistinguishable from regular flu or from the common cold.
