I was a prisoner
LYRICS
Chorus
I was a prisoner long time ago
Arrested for the thing I don’t know.
I was a prisoner long time ago
Arrested for the thing I don’t know
Not all the men are the same
We are differently from each other
Not all the men are the same
We are differently from each other
VERSE
One day I was in my home,
Policemen knocking on the door
Finding me chilling with my love
They ask me why I’m in love.
Chorus
Not all the men are the same
We are differently from each other
Not all the men are the same
We are differently from each other
VERSE 2
They told me men are the trash
Said it’s my love who told them that
And take me out to the jail.
For the thing I don’t now
Chorus
Not all the men are the same
We are differently from each other
Not all the men are the same
We are differently from each other
Not all the men are the same
We are differently from each other
Not all the men are the same
We are differently from each other
