Though your circumstance is similar and the pain is just as real

But I promise you can call me when there's nowhere else to turn

So that we can stand together while there's still so much to learn

          And I'll tell you how He touched me when the pain was all I knew

          It may help you to believe that He can do the same for you

Though tonight is spent in weeping – wondering how you'll carry on

You can rest assured that joy is coming with tomorrow's dawn

You'll be able then to comfort others in their time of need

In compassion - hard experience will direct your every deed
