“No man is an island” so the popular saying goes.
“There is strength in numbers” goes another.
What does Jesus say?
Matthew 18:20- For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.
Other Bible verses to that effect:
Proverbs 27:17- Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.
1 Peter 3:8- Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind.
Paul refers to us as “The Body Of Christ”
One of the principles of Illuminovaire is community. As followers of Christ we are called into a worldwide community of brothers and sisters.
Now, just like in any family we won’t always see eye to eye. But we have a duty to love each other, pray for each other, and fellowship with each other.
As a follower of Christ, there is a community for you. Illuminovaire is a community, albeit online.
Churches and fellowships are offline communities where you can fellowship with other believers and build close relationships.
You can start your own community of believers if you don’t have easy access to one.
There is a community for you in Christ. You are never alone.
