There is no reason why your spirit should be down or you should be defeated if you have a bible within reach. Always remember the kingdom of God is within us and Jesus is just a whisper away. We all go through our fair share of discouragement or difficult situation but with Jesus, we are all more than conquerors. I must have uttered this verse over a thousand times so that Jesus becomes greater in me than the problems that I face. It is best that we forget all the hardship and the failures in our lives as we begin to put our trust in Jesus and the word of God once again. I do really find great solace in these 2 verses. They are so real to me. Luke 12:26-28 If you then are not able to do the least, why are you anxious for the rest? Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. If then God so clothes the grass, which today is in the field and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will He clothe you, O you of little faith? John 14:1-3 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. Meditate on these 2 verses all the time.
