We are coming upon an anniversary that is so very important to this country ... but we have forgotten what it was about or why it was even done. Huh? What are you talking about JB?

The Date is Nov 11 ... so What is November 11th? Well for one thing its Veterans Day ...

Veterans Day is an official United States holiday which honors people who have served in armed service also known as veterans . It is a federal holiday that is observed on November 11. It coincides with other holidays such as Armistice Day and Remembrance Day , which are celebrated in other parts of the world and also mark the anniversary of the end of World War I . (Major hostilities of World War I were formally ended at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918, when the Armistice with Germany went into effect.)

Veterans Day is not to be confused with Memorial Day ; Veterans Day celebrates the service of all U.S. military veterans, while Memorial Day is a day of remembering the men and women who died while serving. ^{[ 1 ]} 

Yep, I am a Vet and so are about 5million of us. Some made it out of a war intact, some not so lucky missing members and having to live through it the rest of their lives. Me? I thought I made it through Vietnam intact but years later I found out I had been subjected to the infamous "Agent Orange". Guys, its not fun. I won't go thru all the complications that come with it. Its lousy just know that.

But all this, it is not the most important. The Date that I am thinking of is way beyond our time, even before our grandfathers time, or for that matter before July 4, 1776.. even before Geo Washington... and yet with it we would not be the nation we have been for 237 years!   No, this goes back some 393 years.  Yes, It is the Mayflower Compact signed by our forefathers on board the Mayflower in a protected bay now called "Cape Cod" being anchored, they all signed the Compact. Here is what the Mayflower Compact said ...

We, whose names are underwritten, the Loyal Subjects of our dread Sovereign Lord King James , by the Grace of God, of Great Britain , France , and Ireland , King, Defender of the Faith , &c. If you are a descendent to one of our forefathers then you are very blessed to know that you are in the lineage of the beginings of a new country. So please remember Nov 11, 1620 a real date in our country's history. Now, there is a method to my madness.  This month's Number 1 song is " Come Back 2Chronicles 7:14 "  WE need to come back to the Lord ... Hook line and sinker. WE have to .. we need to come back under the auspices of God Almighty, not just in name only but in deed too! Hence, when the Lord showed me that 2 Chron 7:14 was a scripture for the USA back in 1992 I began to spread the word with that scripture.. and now it is coming to a head..

"If My People who are called by my Name shall Humble themselves, Pray, Seek My Face and Turn from their wicked ways, Then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their Sin and Heal Their Land "  Now you see why that song is number 1 this month.  It fits for real.  One more thing, please take 15 minutes to watch a short video for me, please ....
