I needed a little time to just relax. With the day's activities going nuts,  So I went to my Man Cave and turned on the Tv. The Same old stuff in the news. Reruns already, it was time for a little change.. a little time for me, you know? So I turned off the TV and came in here, my little office.  The Good Lord really blessed me, I LOVE MUSIC .. and this last year I have found out that Our Lord loves music too. Being a songwriter myself I know that we can reach the heart of God. Even in "Electric Music".  When its done in good taste it is really beautiful. As I said the Lord really blessed me with a nice computer, a 75 watt amp that pipes the music through a couple of Behringer Speakers. Well, I loaded up JB's Top Ten Songs from Indie Gospel Artists and just let her play..

To listen to Jimmy Workman and the Whitestones to Eva Sabiniano, to Wayne Ralph, its such a blessing. But then to go into Barry and Teena Winslow "Yielded Vessel", to Randy Ward's "Moses", and the New Girl on the block, Patricia Stuart and her song "God Did".  It just blesses me.

And Mike Abrams and his unique talent with the song, "Well Done", Ed Pettersen and "An Angel Came To Our House" and Rachel Belman doing her song, "This Love" and finally Ed Pettersen again with a "Walk in the Park".

But that's just the Top Ten.. This weeks Bullet Song just leaves you worshipping the Lord! Isaac Johnson just does a splendind job on the song, And Angela Dittmar land "Call On The Name", And then there is a very special song. By David Koijan from Europe who plays an anointed Sax. The old standard of "I Surrender" is just a beautiful presentation.

Finally "Never The Same"  By Rachel Belman and "Never Be the Same" by Barry and Teena Winslow are both about the thrill of receiving the Spirit when we become Born again... and what a way to end a nice hour and 15 minutes of Praise Music from Our Indie Gospel Artists.

I invite you to do what I just did. I became a listener tonight and what a time I had in worshipping my Lord through the songs that our fellow writers wrote for the Lord.

"All to Jesus, I surrender" Yes we do Lord.. Amen

In Him,  James Banfield
