                        Seven key bible verses of salvation tract

Here are seven key verses of salvation that bring the gospel message to you briefly but yet powerfully, showing how much everybody needs Jesus in their lives as they have fallen short of God’s glory and how Jesus did die for humanity to give eternal life to ALL those who believe by faith in Him and what He did on the cross.

The first verse explains how all have sinned and fallen short of God’s glory

(Romans 3:23)  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

The second verse illustrates the consequence of sin and yet the free gift of God through Jesus

(Romans 6:23)  For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

The third verse explains while we were yet sinners Christ did die for us

(Romans 5:8)  But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Jesus Himself in this famous verse in John 3 says that He was sent to give those who believe everlasting life

(John 3:16)  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Here in this verse Jesus says He is the only way to the Father- and Heaven

(John 14:6)  Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

This verse explains how we get the free gift by confessing Jesus with our mouth and believing God raised Him from the dead

(Romans 10:9)  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

The final verse then states whoever confesses the Lord will be saved

(Romans 10:13)  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Jesus loves us so much that He gave His life freely on cavalry sent by His Father to indeed give eternal life to all who believe but also because God The Father loved us so much to send His Son to die and atone for the sins of mankind so that He could have relationship again with us, which is something He longs for. This relationship was severed by man’s sins and restored by Jesus obedience.  There is nothing at all that can compare or come remotely close to a relationship with God either, so now I am including a prayer which will invite Jesus in Your heart to begin this wonderful relationship. Please pray this with me

Dear God in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness. I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin. You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9 that if we confess Jesus as our Lord and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we will be saved. Right now I confess Jesus as the Lord of my soul. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved. Thank you Jesus for your unlimited grace which has saved me from my sins. I thank you Jesus that your grace never leads to license, but rather it always leads to repentance. Therefore Lord Jesus transform my life so that I may bring glory and honor to you alone and not to myself. Thank you Jesus for dying for me and giving me eternal life.

Amen.

God bless you and yours
