God’s gifts a teaching and bible study

Here are the bible verses which indicate all what God has given us, the believers, only out of His grace and mercy, and NOT because of ANYTHING we did ourselves to earn them at all. I am covering verses from the New Testament which illustrate the various gifts we can receive by faith from God, to show us all just how much He loves us

The first time this is used is when Jesus speaks to the woman at the well and He speaks of the gift of living water which leads to eternal life

(Johm 4:10)  Jesus answered her, "If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you, 'Give me a drink,' you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water."

(John 4:13)  Jesus said to her, "Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again,

(John 4:14)  but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life."

In Acts chapter Peter talks of the gift of the Holy Spirit to the repentant who are to be also baptized

(Acts 2:38)  And Peter said to them, "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

(Acts 2:39)  For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself."

In this passage in Acts chapter 8 Peter had to sternly rebuke Simon the sorcerer for wrongly believing that He could purchase a power- to impart the Holy Spirit on others by the laying on of hands-a power for belivers which was something that was freely given by God.

(Acts 8:17)  Then they laid their hands on them and they received the Holy Spirit.

(Acts 8:18)  Now when Simon saw that the Spirit was given through the laying on of the apostles' hands, he offered them money,

(Acts 8:19)  saying, "Give me this power also, so that anyone on whom I lay my hands may receive the Holy Spirit."

(Acts 8:20)  But Peter said to him, "May your silver perish with you, because you thought you could obtain the gift of God with money!

(Acts 8:21)  You have neither part nor lot in this matter, for your heart is not right before God.

(Acts 8:22)  Repent, therefore, of this wickedness of yours, and pray to the Lord that, if possible, the intent of your heart may be forgiven you.

(Acts 8:23)  For I see that you are in the gall of bitterness and in the bond of iniquity."

(Acts 8:24)  And Simon answered, "Pray for me to the Lord, that nothing of what you have said may come upon me."

In Acts chapters 10 and 11 this gift of the Holy Spirit is poured out on the gentiles too, proving no favoritism in God toward the Jews or Gentiles

(Acts 10:44)  While Peter was still saying these things, the Holy Spirit fell on all who heard the word.

(Acts 10:45)  And the believers from among the circumcised who had come with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit was poured out even on the Gentiles.

(Acts 10:46)  For they were hearing them speaking in tongues and extolling God. Then Peter declared,

(Acts 10:47)  "Can anyone withhold water for baptizing these people, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?"

(Acts 10:48)  And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked him to remain for some days.

(Acts 11:11)  And behold, at that very moment three men arrived at the house in which we were, sent to me from Caesarea.

(Acts 11:12)  And the Spirit told me to go with them, making no distinction. These six brothers also accompanied me, and we entered the man's house.

(Acts 11:13)  And he told us how he had seen the angel stand in his house and say, 'Send to Joppa and bring Simon who is called Peter;

(Acts 11:14)  he will declare to you a message by which you will be saved, you and all your household.'

(Acts 11:15)  As I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell on them just as on us at the beginning.

(Acts 11:16)  And I remembered the word of the Lord, how he said, 'John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.'

(Acts 11:17)  If then God gave the same gift to them as he gave to us when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could stand in God's way?"

(Acts 11:18)  When they heard these things they fell silent. And they glorified God, saying, "Then to the Gentiles also God has granted repentance that leads to life."

Paul starts to speak of the spiritual gifts in Romans, here in the very first chapter of this epistle

(Romans 1:11)  For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you--

(Romans 1:12)  that is, that we may be mutually encouraged by each other's faith, both yours and mine.

Here in Romans chapter 3 Paul speaks of the gift of grace (and eternal life) to be received by faith paid for by Jesus

(Romans 3:21)  But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it--

(Romans 3:22)  the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction:

(Romans 3:23)  for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

(Romans 3:24)  and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,

(Romans 3:25)  whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God's righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins.

Paul goes on to speak about this more in Romans chapter 5 of the free gift of God and gives information on the gift.

(Romans 5:15)  But the free gift is not like the trespass. For if many died through one man's trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded for many.

(Romans 5:16)  And the free gift is not like the result of that one man's sin. For the judgment following one trespass brought condemnation, but the free gift following many trespasses brought justification.

(Romans 5:17)  For if, because of one man's trespass, death reigned through that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ.

(Romans 5:18)  Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men.

(Romans 5:19)  For as by the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man's obedience the many will be made righteous.

Eternal life is a gift from God, too, as stated in Romans chapter 6 which sets us free from being slaves to sin too!

(Romans 6:17)  But thanks be to God, that you who were once slaves of sin have become obedient from the heart to the standard of teaching to which you were committed,

(Romans 6:18)  and, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of righteousness.

(Romans 6:19)  I am speaking in human terms, because of your natural limitations. For just as you once presented your members as slaves to impurity and to lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness leading to sanctification.

(Romans 6:20)  For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness.

(Romans 6:21)  But what fruit were you getting at that time from the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death.

(Romans 6:22)  But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the fruit you get leads to sanctification and its end, eternal life.

(Romans 6:23)  For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In this passage in Romans chapter 11 Paul explains how the gifts and calling from God are irrevocable

(Romans 11:29)  For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.

(Romans 11:30)  For just as you were at one time disobedient to God but now have received mercy because of their disobedience,

(Romans 11:31)  so they too have now been disobedient in order that by the mercy shown to you they also may now receive mercy.

(Rom 11:32)  For God has consigned all to disobedience, that he may have mercy on all.

(Romans 11:33)  Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!

(Romans 11:34)  "For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?"

(Romans 11:35)  "Or who has given a gift to him that he might be repaid?"

Paul then speaks of the various ministry gifts here in Romans chapter 12 and also how believers are all one body

(Romans 12:4)  For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function,

(Romans 12:5)  so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.

(Romans 12:6)  Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith;

(Romans 12:7)  if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching;

(Romans 12:8)  the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.

Here in 1 Corinthians chapter 7 Paul states that everyone has his own gift from God of one kind or another

(1 Corinthians 7:6)  Now as a concession, not a command, I say this.

(1 Corinthians 7:7)  I wish that all were as I myself am. But each has his own gift from God, one of one kind and one of another.

I am now including the entire 12 th chapter of 1 Corinthians which explains the gifts of the spirit thoroughly and how we all need each other as a part of the body of Christ, not excluding anyone and also how we are to seek these gifts of the spirit and especially seek the best gifts

(1 Corinthians 12:1)  Now concerning spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be uninformed.

(1 Corinthians 12:2)  You know that when you were pagans you were led astray to mute idols, however you were led.

(1 Corinthians 12:3)  Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking in the Spirit of God ever says "Jesus is accursed!" and no one can say "Jesus is Lord" except in the Holy Spirit.

(1 Corinthians 12:4)  Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit;

(1 Corinthians 12:5)  and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord;

(1 Corinthians 12:6)  and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone.

(1 Corinthians 12:7)  To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.

(1 Corinthians 12:8)  For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit,

(1 Corinthians 12:9)  to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit,

(1 Corinthians 12:10)  to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.

(1 Corinthians 12:11)  All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills.

(1 Corinthians 12:12)  For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.

(1 Corinthians 12:13)  For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body--Jews or Greeks, slaves or free--and all were made to drink of one Spirit.

(1 Corinthians 12:14)  For the body does not consist of one member but of many.

(1 Corinthians 12:15)  If the foot should say, "Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body," that would not make it any less a part of the body.

(1 Corinthians 12:16)  And if the ear should say, "Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body," that would not make it any less a part of the body.

(1 Corinthians 12:17)  If the whole body were an eye, where would be the sense of hearing? If the whole body were an ear, where would be the sense of smell?

(1 Corinthians 12:18)  But as it is, God arranged the members in the body, each one of them, as he chose.

(1 Corinthians 12:19)  If all were a single member, where would the body be?

(1 Corinthians 12:20)  As it is, there are many parts, yet one body.

(1 Corinthians 12:21)  The eye cannot say to the hand, "I have no need of you," nor again the head to the feet, "I have no need of you."

(1 Corinthians 12:22)  On the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable,

(1 Corinthians 12:23)  and on those parts of the body that we think less honorable we bestow the greater honor, and our unpresentable parts are treated with greater modesty,

(1 Corinthians 12:24)  which our more presentable parts do not require. But God has so composed the body, giving greater honor to the part that lacked it,

(1 Corinthians 12:25)  that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another.

(1 Corinthians 12:26)  If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together.

(1 Corinthians 12:27)  Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it.

(1 Corinthians 12:28)  And God has appointed in the church first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, helping, administrating, and various kinds of tongues.

(1 Corinthians 12:29)  Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles?

(1 Corinthians 12:30)  Do all possess gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret?

(1 Corinthians 12:31)  But earnestly desire the higher gifts. And I will show you a still more excellent way.

In 1 Corinthians 14 in the first verses it exhorts people to especially desire to prophesy over tongues in a church setting and also shows how the various gifts of the spirit are to be used to edify the people in a church setting.

(1 Corinthians 14:1)  Pursue love, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy.

(1 Corinthians 14:2)  For one who speaks in a tongue speaks not to men but to God; for no one understands him, but he utters mysteries in the Spirit.

(1 Corinthians 14:3)  On the other hand, the one who prophesies speaks to people for their upbuilding and encouragement and consolation.

(1 Corinthians 14:4)  The one who speaks in a tongue builds up himself, but the one who prophesies builds up the church.

(1 Corinthians 14:5)  Now I want you all to speak in tongues, but even more to prophesy. The one who prophesies is greater than the one who speaks in tongues, unless someone interprets, so that the church may be built up.

(1 Corinthians 14:6)  Now, brothers, if I come to you speaking in tongues, how will I benefit you unless I bring you some revelation or knowledge or prophecy or teaching?

(1 Corinthians 14:7)  If even lifeless instruments, such as the flute or the harp, do not give distinct notes, how will anyone know what is played?

(1 Corinthians 14:8)  And if the bugle gives an indistinct sound, who will get ready for battle?

(1 Corinthians 14:9)  So with yourselves, if with your tongue you utter speech that is not intelligible, how will anyone know what is said? For you will be speaking into the air.

(1 Corinthians 14:10)  There are doubtless many different languages in the world, and none is without meaning,

(1 Corinthians 14:11)  but if I do not know the meaning of the language, I will be a foreigner to the speaker and the speaker a foreigner to me.

(1 Corinthians 14:12)  So with yourselves, since you are eager for manifestations of the Spirit, strive to excel in building up the church.

(1 Corinthians 14:13)  Therefore, one who speaks in a tongue should pray for the power to interpret.

(1 Corinthians 14:14)  For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays but my mind is unfruitful.

(1 Corinthians 14:15)  What am I to do? I will pray with my spirit, but I will pray with my mind also; I will sing praise with my spirit, but I will sing with my mind also.

(1 Corinthians 14:16)  Otherwise, if you give thanks with your spirit, how can anyone in the position of an outsider say "Amen" to your thanksgiving when he does not know what you are saying?

(1 Corinthians 14:17)  For you may be giving thanks well enough, but the other person is not being built up.

(1 Corinthians 14:18)  I thank God that I speak in tongues more than all of you.

(1 Corinthians 14:19)  Nevertheless, in church I would rather speak five words with my mind in order to instruct others, than ten thousand words in a tongue.

(1 Corinthians 14:20)  Brothers, do not be children in your thinking. Be infants in evil, but in your thinking be mature.

(1 Corinthians 14:21)  In the Law it is written, "By people of strange tongues and by the lips of foreigners will I speak to this people, and even then they will not listen to me, says the Lord."

(1 Corinthians 14:22)  Thus tongues are a sign not for believers but for unbelievers, while prophecy is a sign not for unbelievers but for believers.

(1 Corinthians 14:23)  If, therefore, the whole church comes together and all speak in tongues, and outsiders or unbelievers enter, will they not say that you are out of your minds?

(1 Corinthians 14:24)  But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or outsider enters, he is convicted by all, he is called to account by all,

(1 Corinthians 14:25)  the secrets of his heart are disclosed, and so, falling on his face, he will worship God and declare that God is really among you.

This passage in 2 Corinthians 9 then encourages people to give freely and not under compulsion to give but also speaks of God’s inexpressible gift, including the surpassing grace of God on us

(2 Corinthians 9:6)  The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

(2 Corinthians 9:7)  Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

(2 Corinthians 9:8)  And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.

(2 Corinthians 9:9)  As it is written, "He has distributed freely, he has given to the poor; his righteousness endures forever."

(2 Corinthians 9:10)  He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness.

(2 Corinthians 9:11)  You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God.

(2 Corinthians 9:12)  For the ministry of this service is not only supplying the needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many thanksgivings to God.

(2 Corinthians 9:13)  By their approval of this service, they will glorify God because of your submission flowing from your confession of the gospel of Christ, and the generosity of your contribution for them and for all others,

(2 Corinthians 9:14)  while they long for you and pray for you, because of the surpassing grace of God upon you.

(2 Corinthians 9:15)  Thanks be to God for his inexpressible gift!

Here in Ephesians chapter 2 Paul reminds us how He was so merciful towards us, giving us grace and salvation even though we were dead in our sins and making us alive with Christ

(Ephesians 2:1)  And you were dead in the trespasses and sins

(Ephesians 2:2)  in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience--

(Ephesians 2:3)  among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind.

(Ephesians 2:4)  But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us,

(Ephesians 2:5)  even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ--by grace you have been saved--

(Ephesians 2:6)  and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

(Ephesians 2:7)  so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

(Ephesians 2:8)  For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,

(Ephesians 2:9)  not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

(Ephesians 2:10)  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

We even preach because of this gift of grace as Paul states, and he says he is the least of saints

(Ephesians 3:7)  Of this gospel I was made a minister according to the gift of God's grace, which was given me by the working of his power.

(Ephesians 3:8)  To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,

(Ephesians 3:9)  and to bring to light for everyone what is the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in God who created all things,

In Ephesians chapter 4 even our calling is a gift of God by Jesus and we are to bear with each other in patience for there is only one God, one Lord, one faith and one baptism for everyone

(Ephesians 4:1)  I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called,

(Ephesians 4:2)  with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love,

(Ephesians 4:3)  eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

(Ephesians 4:4)  There is one body and one Spirit--just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call--

(Ephesians 4:5)  one Lord, one faith, one baptism,

(Ephesians 4:6)  one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

(Ephesians 4:7)  But grace was given to each one of us according to the measure of Christ's gift.

(Ephesians 4:8)  Therefore it says, "When he ascended on high he led a host of captives, and he gave gifts to men."

(Ephesians 4:9)  (In saying, "He ascended," what does it mean but that he had also descended into the lower regions, the earth?

(Ephesians 4:10)  He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.)

(Ephesians 4:11)  And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers,

(Ephesians 4:12)  to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,

(Ephesians 4:13)  until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,

(Ephesians 4:14)  so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.

(Ephesians 4:15)  Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ,

(Ephesians 4:16)  from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.

In 1 Timothy we are told to not neglect the gifts that we have but indeed to practice them and immerse ourselves in them

(1 Timothy 4:14)  Do not neglect the gift you have, which was given you by prophecy when the council of elders laid their hands on you.

(1 Timothy 4:15)  Practice these things, immerse yourself in them, so that all may see your progress.

(1 Timothy 4:16)  Keep a close watch on yourself and on the teaching. Persist in this, for by so doing you will save both yourself and your hearers.

Indeed we are to fan the flame of the gift of God and the teaching and not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord as Paul explains in these verses 2 Timothy chapter 1

(2 Timothy 1:6)  For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands,

(2 Timothy 1:7)  for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.

(2 Timothy 1:8)  Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord, nor of me his prisoner, but share in suffering for the gospel by the power of God,

(2 Timothy 1:9)  who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began,

(2 Timothy 1:10)  and which now has been manifested through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel,

Here are these two verses in Hebrews also of salvation and gifts of the Holy Spirit, which are not to be neglected

(Hebrews 2:3)  how shall we escape if we neglect such a great salvation? It was declared at first by the Lord, and it was attested to us by those who heard,

(Hebrews 2:4)  while God also bore witness by signs and wonders and various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.

These three verses in James remind us not to be deceived that all good gifts come from heaven above

(James 1:16)  Do not be deceived, my beloved brothers.

(James 1:17)  Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.

(James 1:18)  Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

1 Peter 4 encourages us to keep loving and in fact to use our gifts from above to serve one another

(1 Peter 4:8)  Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.

(1 Peter 4:9)  Show hospitality to one another without grumbling.

(1 Peter 4:10)  As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace:

(1 Peter 4:11)  whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies--in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

One last gift that I believe God will give the believers all very soon- is the ability to avoid and skip the coming tribulation period. Soon Jesus will appear in the sky and then rapture His bride all home- which is another real gift of mercy from Jesus and the Father so we all can be there with Him and to miss the tribulation period where God will judge all the evils on earth. I am going to wrap of this teaching on God’s gifts by a presentation on the rapture which I believe is very, very soon:

Rapture

I will conclude and wrap this teaching up by saying that the way people are now(not too unlike the way they were at Noah’s time and also the time Sodom, which are things which Jesus prophesied about in scriptures in Matthew, Mark and Luke)and all the many other end times signs which are occurring currently(animals dying, food prices rising, wars, rumors of wars, crazy weather and so on) are birth pangs of the coming tribulation period and  sure signs the rapture is not far way, indeed, I still believe that the rapture could be any day at any time, of which the Heavenly Father only knows). So cheer up, your redemption is drawing closer and closer every day that passes. Also please remember that Jesus loves you more than You can possibly know, and also by posting this about the rapture, too, which does duplicate some of the scriptures, but that is for emphasis for the rapture is too important and you absolutely DO NOT want to miss it:

THE RAPTURE IS IMMINENT!!! ARE YOU READY????

I am very strongly led to believe the rapture is very imminent, and could happen any day at anytime at all. Nobody knows the exact time for the rapture but the Father God Himself. I cannot strongly enough advise all of you to get your hearts right with Jesus by asking the Holy Spirit to reveal to you if there is any Sin /iniquity/ uncleanness in your heart, mind etc and repenting of any and all items brought to your mind right away, asking the Holy Spirit to cleanse you and your garments so that they are spotless, being washed by the blood of Jesus. I am a man, needing the blood of Jesus for cleansing as much as everyone else, and believe me I am doing the same thing. This repenting is a continuous process, not just a one time thing; I have found that I myself have been repenting several times throughout the day. I know that it will be God's grace and mercy ONLY that I make the rapture, not anything I do, I am well aware of the fact that grace alone being what saves, and not works lest any should boast, but also faith without works is dead so I am sharing this with everyone, in the hopes that a few, even just one person, would wake up in time, and repent, for the remaining time here is very short.

I post and share this document for I deeply care for people and DO NOT want anyone to miss the rapture and find themselves left behind to face the 7 year tribulations which will follow the rapture which will be pure a horrific time on earth, the most horrific ever, in fact, where you will have to hide in caves or in mountains, away from all the evil and very selfish people, be an absolute survival expert, which many are not and absolutely refuse at all costs to take the mark of the beast(666).As a result of your refusal to take this mark, you won’t be able to buy or sell anything, work, eat, live in a normal way, and so on, and most likely you’ll be killed for it, but that is far better than taking the mark and ending up in the lake of fire for eternity, as each and every man and woman  who take the mark of the beast will end up in the lake of fire, where there will be absolutely no rest from their torment night or day(Revelation 14).  Even doing all the precautions, hiding by getting away from all population centers and into the mountains, and so on may not be enough because many if not most people, in fact will not survive the judgments that God will pour out on the world in this time period, in the seal, trumpet and bowl judgments as well as the judgment and destruction of the daughter of Babylon. All these events are described in good detail in the book of Revelation in chapters 6 through 18, which I strongly advise all to read. Here is a link an excellent animated video of the entire book of revelation for you to watch

The tribulation period of seven years absolutely will make today's evil world seem like life in paradise by comparison. I very strongly suggest reading the book of Revelation chapters 6 through 18 which tell you specifically what sort of events and judgments the world will see during this tribulation period.

Here are some rapture related scriptures:

(1 Corinthians 15:51) Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

(1 Corinthians 15:52) In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

(1Thessolonians 4:16) For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

(1Thessolonians 4:17) Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

God wants to keep us from this tribulation by His love and mercy Because thou has kept the word of my patience, I ALSO WILL KEEP THEE FROM THE HOUR OF TEMPTATION, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth."  The implication of this verse is obvious:  If the end-time Christian does NOT stay close to the Lord and endure to the end, HE WILL NOT BE KEPT FROM THE TRIBULATION HOUR Revelation 3 verse 10, so it is IMPERATIVE to stay close to the Lord in these last days.

Now I have a very special warning message to all those who are lukewarm Christians to repent of this condition and to be on fire for Jesus or Jesus will surely spit you out of the rapture(see verse 16, below) and you will go through the seven year tribulation as it says in Revelation 3 14-22. There are FAR TOO MANY are in this condition the Holy Spirit warned me this AM. There are FAR TOO MANY LAODICEANS today. Please REPENT NOW of your lukewarmness and be on fire for the Lord before it is too late and you miss the rapture as a result of your being lukewarm!! Here are the verses in Revelation chapter 3 concerning the Laodicean church:

(Revelation 3:14) And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;

(Revelation 3:15) I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.

(Revelation 3:16) So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

(Revelation 3:17) Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

(Revelation 3:18) I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

(Revelation 3:19) As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

(Revelation 3:20) Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

(Revelation 3:21) To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

(Revelation 3:22) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Summarizing, you MUST all be ready for this coming rapture, AND be on FIRE for Jesus, and not be at all lukewarm but loving Jesus with ALL Your heart, mind and soul as commanded in the bible, in several places in both the old and new testaments. If in case you need to receive the Lord please pray the following prayer (backsliders can also use this prayer to repent of their sin and lukewarmness and recommit their lives, and return to their first love, Jesus. Please do so NOW before it is too late)

Dear God in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness. I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin. You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9 that if we confess Jesus as our Lord and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we will be saved. Right now I confess Jesus as the Lord of my soul. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved. Thank you Jesus for your unlimited grace which has saved me from my sins. I thank you Jesus that your grace never leads to license, but rather it always leads to repentance. Therefore Lord Jesus transform my life so that I may bring glory and honor to you alone and not to myself. Thank you Jesus for dying for me and giving me eternal life.

Amen.

Here are 10 steps that can be of help to be ready for the soon to come rapture:

1. Make sure that you have received Jesus Christ into your life as your PERSONAL Lord and Savior(see the salvation prayer above and use it if need be).

2. Examine your own heart for any signs of backsliding, worldliness, unwatchfulness, compromising, and lukewarmness.

3. REPENT (Turn COMPLETELY away from sin and turn COMPLETELY around towards Jesus).  Sin separates you from God, even as a Christian.

4. Study end-time Biblical prophecy(Daniel 7-12, Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 17, 21, 1 Corinthians 15, 1 Thessalonians 4 and 5, other places but the  book of Revelation in particular)  until you become completely convinced that His Coming is, indeed, AT THE DOOR.  This will help keep you from temptation and sin.  JESUS IS COMING VERY SOON!!! Lord help me be absolutely convinced YOU ARE at the door!!!!!

5. Do something for the Lord.  (Passing out tracts would be a good start.)

6. Examine your priorities, lest the CARES OF THIS LIFE cause YOU to MISS THE RAPTURE, as we are so adamantly WARNED about in Luke 21, and so many other Scriptures.

7. Draw closer to God by praying, reading His Word, attending a fundamental church as often as possible, and surround yourself with a Christian atmosphere (Christian friends, books, music, radio, TV, etc.)

8. PRAY DILIGENTLY.  ASK THE LORD TO REVEAL TO YOU ANYTHING IN YOUR LIFE THAT EVEN MIGHT KEEP YOU FROM THE RAPTURE.  PRAY THAT THE LORD WOULD GIVE YOU A PEACE, IF YOU ARE READY, AND AN UNREST AND UNEASINESS IN YOUR HEART, IF YOU ARE NOT READY.

9. Listen for His voice and then STAY OPEN TO THE LEADING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

10. Act upon that which the Lord is calling you to do. DO IT NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!

Please also pray and ask the Lord Jesus to see if you are indeed ready and to give you peace if you and If the Lord has planted even the least bit of doubt or uneasiness in your heart, will you swallow your pride and pray this prayer with me:

"Dear Lord, Thank you for preparing a WAY OF ESCAPE from the horrible Tribulation to come.  It is my sincere desire to be ready for your Soon Return, so that I can participate in the Rapture. Give me a COMPLETE PEACE IN MY HEART FROM YOU if I am, indeed, ready. Let there be no false sense of security in my heart concerning my readiness for Your Return.  Begin to reveal to me things in my life and in my heart that might keep me from the Rapture.  Show me what I need to do to BE READY and then give me the power to act upon that which you show me to do.  Draw me away from the world and closer to you every day.  Use me in whatever way you can to help others

who may not be ready for your Return.  Fill me with your peace when I am ready and fill me with YOUR POWER, for victory over sin and temptation, and for effective service for your kingdom.  In Jesus' mighty name, Amen

If, by an unfortunate chance, you are finding yourself reading this testimony after the rapture has happened, and you find that you have missed it, everything is not lost by any means, just please pray immediately to accept the Lord Jesus as savior and /or recommit your life to Him, repenting of anything  and everything that you have done that has caused you to miss the rapture, especially such things as being lukewarm and whatever else you may do during that time absolutely DO NOT TAKE THE MARK OF THE BEAST OR YOU WILL SPEND ETERNITY IN THE LAKE OF FIRE!!!!!(taking the mark of the beast means you are essentially married to Satan, the antichrist, the beast and false prophet,  ALL OF WHOM ARE DESTINED FOR THE LAKE OF FIRE, AS ARE ALL WHO TAKE THEIR MARK ON THEIR FOREHEAD OR HAND). IT IS NOT AT ALL FORGIVABLE TO TAKE THIS MARK- so again you must avoid taking this mark AT ALL COSTS you won’t be able to buy, sell, work, and so on, you will have to hide, living in the forest and away from civilization, face jail, torture, and be executed for refusing the mark. If you do die for refusing to take the mark of the beast, if you are Jesus’ you will go to heaven immediately as a tribulation saint and martyr spoken of in the book of revelation. I cannot strongly stress the point enough to NEVER, EVER accept the mark of the beast, no matter what!!!! It will be well worth it to lose everything and everyone in this world, including your life so as  to not have to spend all eternity in hell and the lake of fire, where again there will be never any rest on your torment day or night.
