Lord we reflect on the wonders of the universe. Our visit here may be as fleeting as a butterfly, but each one of us is a thread in the great tapestry of life. Help us Lord to be useful here on earth this day and evermore in Your name. In Jesus name. Amen.

Help us to remember always that You are our Lord, comforter and friend. You are our peace when day is done. Let us be still and reflect on the day and go into the night with thanks. As we close our eyes for sleep hope is in You our Lord and Shepherd. In Jesus name. Amen.

Give us the purpose today Lord keeper of our hearts. You are the greatest artist ever, You used your palet to extremes, You put a fire in our soul with the beauty of life. Open our eyes in downcast moments to realise we are part of it. You breathe life into us when feelings of sadness engulf the spirit. Thank you Lord. In Jesus name. Amen.

Touch us today Lord for we may feel alone. We may be lost in the desert of dispair. Doubts swollow us like a whale. Your light and comfort is all we need along the narrow path. You are our friend and world companion and champion of creation. In Jesus name. Amen.

A small detail is liken to a seed which will grow into magnificience. It praises life to the glory of its maker. May a small detail in this day bring abundant joy to those we meet today in unexpected places. For You are a God of many surprises. In Jesus name. Amen.

Oh infinite love that will not let us go. Your arms are within reach, as a breathe of air. You are an inexhaustible supply of wonder. We rejoice in all Your creation. For You are the wind beneath our wings. In Jesus name. Amen.

Keeper Of The Stars
You Lord are the keeper of the stars
That shine along with the planets like mars
Each one formed by Your good hand
And as we watch they shine over all the land
And sea, to beyond into the universal sphere
Of wonder and mystery to contemplate that You
Our God are so very near.
Joyce Gale 2013.

The tree seeks the water from the stream, we seek Your living water Lord. You are the treasure to be found in the oceans of life. You lift up our souls when we are down. You are our fountain of hope in dark days. In Jesus name. Amen.
