Biography Laricka Rayford was born December 20, 1991 and raised in Saint Francisville. She is a graduate of West Feliciana High School. She also graduated from Barbizon School of Modeling and Acting, and Northwestern State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Theatre with a concentration in Musical Theatre Performance. Laricka is a Songwriter and Gospel Recording Artist She is also a Zumba Fitness instructor where she holds multiple licenses, and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Laricka's parents recognized the gift of singing, acting, and dancing in her life at a young age. Soon after that, she acknowledged her gift and began to pursue it. She performed in Talent shows at school and she sang in the church choir In 2014, God spoke to her mother about her stepping out on faith to record her first single. On September 2, 2014, God allowed it to become a reality. Her first single "Infinity" was released which she originally wrote in 2009. This is the first of many songs that she written. On July 29, 2016 Laricka released her first EP titled "Dwell' which features three new singles titled "You Deserve”,” Don’t Wanna Miss It", and "Dwell". Laricka's second debut single titled "Joy" is set to release on February 14,2017 (Valentine's Day).Laricka was a featured artist on Bobby Jones Presents, where she debuted her single "Infinity" for the first time on National television. Laricka realizes that she is blessed and she is grateful for all the great things that God is doing in her life. She also knows that she must remain humble, and stand on God's word. Even as she faces challenges she is reminded of her favorite scripture Isaiah 54:17 "No weapon formed against thee shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise up against thee in judgement thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from me, saith the Lord" She is forever grateful for her amazing family, especially her mother whom is her backbone and her greatest supporter. When she thinks of God's goodness to her, she cannot think of any other phrase that would say it best, except "But God"
