May your Christmas be filled with holiday joy 
and may the love of God ever shine in you
may his truth be part of your seaonal cheer
and may you remember who was born today

God gave His only son to the world to die 
and life everlasting to all who receive 
Jesus gave His life no one took it from Him 
God gives us His spirit and words that give life 
He gave it all and suffered for you and me 

Santa hasn't given one gift to a child 
any relation to a saint is by chance 
santa has never really said ho ho ho 
and his reindeer no more exist than a ghost 
he has never been down one chimney at all 

every child who believed in santa was duped 
deceived by caregivers who should not have lied 
so teach your children what's real and what is not 
celebrate Christmas as the birth of the King 
the king who's returning to take us with Him
