Quincy Whetstone aka Q-Stone is a producer, songwriter, sound engineer, musician and artist. Quincy has produced many hip hop beats for many artist in Houston and across the nation. Quincy admits that throughout the years he became increasingly tired of hearing people use his music to deliver content that was not positive or uplifting. It became less about the money or recognition from working with a particular artist, and more about the message. After stepping away from the industry for a few years, Quincy felt it was time for him to use his music to express his inner voice. Quincy states “One day out of the blue while I was driving home I decided that I was gonna give all my talents to God and use them in the way he wants me to use them.” Now, Quincy uses his voice and music to express a positive and spiritual message in his own style.
