The Chorus of the song from Colossians 3:25 inspired the verse lyrics. Someone in need, goes far beyond the poor in the streets, it can be passing up a moment of time just sitting down and talk. Verse two...face it besides hiding in a bathroom, there is a myriad of ways to take from an employer other than time or office supplies. God is watching. The third verse...God loves all (John 3:16) but not all truly Know Him.
