You know they want the good news and even true Christians become all touchy when we pick up our cross and contend for the faith once delivered onto the Saints. (Jude) It's really a fine line. You know I will contend that even a brother in Christ said that Christ didn't quote the scriptures for hours like some biblical Christians. In fact he said people search the scriptures because in them they think they have eternal life. He said I send you out and take no script with you. Why would he say that? Because a true preacher it comes out natural because it's God who convicts your heart and it's God who is your teacher. The vine prunes the branches. And the one who teaches is the Vine.( they called him master ) He's the one who sends the prophets. Bless the holy scriptures. This is in no way denouncing the holy scriptures or belittling them. God gave us the Bible. It was God's doing not men's doing. It is written in the book of Jude to contend for the faith once delivered unto the Saints. And rebuke with long-suffering. (2 Timothy 4:2) Paul even attempted to rebuke Apostle Peter. Many true Street Preachers do rebuke and they're real Christians. Sometimes even true preachers in churches and I'm talking about biblical Christianity also rebuke. They don't do it as much. I recently heard part of a sermon of a reputable preacher and I won't mention his name but he's from Canada. I feel he's a very good preacher and he's clear when he preaches and I do like him but when you get Street Preachers preaching the hard truth such people get offended. They'll do sermons on what/how a man of God should be able to teach. It's true I agree but it's not always about teaching. Contend for the faith once delivered onto the Saints. It's not easy because you have to wear your cross. They don't always preach a non luke warm gospel. There are many deceived people out there. Sometimes you are not going to reach them by being tender hearted. There are Ministries based upon forgiveness and other Ministries based upon the word. Somebody once said to me if they are deceived and they are your family and I'm talking about your immediate family members then the way you reach them is by being super good.(showing your heart) It was a woman who suggested this to me and she is a worldly woman if you know what I mean. That's not going to work with such people as I've tried. God gave these people over to their fornication's and of course they are on the wrong path all together. Some of these people if not most of them are going to die in their sins and perish. Another Christian sister said the same thing just show them love but they have a tongue with all manner of iniquity under it and they are Idol worshippers. Christ said your family will be your worst enemies and he told the truth. For some people this is not going to be the case. Other people will encounter this because the world is deceived just as scripture says it is. Truly scripture says to come out from among them. Some people are in very difficult situations. And I find Christians yes to be the biggest hypocrites. They're not all in the same walk because we have Christians that are on milk & Christians that are on meat and Christians that go back to the world and perhaps because they are saved by grace through faith it might be a motivator that sort of just suggest/motivates and pushes the cross away. 6:06 a.m May 18th 2022
Isaiah 50:8
“ He is near that justifieth me; who will contend with me ? let us stand together: who is mine adversary? let him come near to me.”
In spite of what I write here I still stress that we have to take into account not to be Lawless in preaching or in contending for the faith. We are to examine ourselves every day to see if we are in the faith.
In my after notes people die every day and millions of babies are aborted every year as men and women follow the world and live a sinful life. There's only one man who died for them but still as written in scripture the devil deceives the entire world. We are not passing judgment to condemn people but we are contending for the faith once delivered on to the Saints and that's not easy. When people die such as even old women or old men that are deceived each day and end up in hell the sad truth is many of their children are hypocrites too because they themselves are deceived and it is written to love your parents. You know it is written how people would be in the end times unloving, brute beasts, Unholy, despiser's and traitors to those who love the truth. This is exactly what we have and exactly what was foretold. What a shame. I will puke the lukewarm out of my mouth. You must be born again. John 3:3 read what Jude 3-4 is talking about. People come preaching another gospel that no angel in heaven preached. Incredible isn't it? Yes love your enemies but I remind you that it is enmity to befriend the world. James 4:4
Based on this blog sometimes contending is contending on the streets and not just in church buildings. That's not easy because Christ said I send you out amongst wolves. Interestingly enough although other Christians might question or belittle these two links are very interesting and regards to this blog. You know I like what desiring God said about grace and how the greatest threat is from within. People abuse Grace and make it perfectly okay. 6:06 May 18th 2022
