Who has the right to judge according to the Bible?
"We judge situations and circumstances. We even sometimes judge God, our Lord, and maker. Nevertheless, we quote Jesus: “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.” (Matthew 7:1-2). Aug 29, 2021
1 Corinthians 5:12, KJV: For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?
Regarding judging..
Here is a paragraph summary but I've come across quoted
"Perhaps this is why Paul never instructs the Corinthians regarding the woman involved in the affair with her husband's son. Based on these verses, she apparently was not a self-identified Christian and wasn't involved in the church at Corinth. If so, they would have no responsibility to hold her accountable for her actions. That doesn't mean they'd have no right to call out sinful behavior (Matthew 28:19–20; Acts 3:11–26), simply that it was not their job to discipline a non-believer."
So if an unbeliever is not in our particular Christian faith we don't have a right to judge them. We can judge for ourselves and determine if something's not right but we can also preach to them. We have to be able to make judgment calls but we cannot condemn the person to hell. But we certainly can warn them especially if they're on the wrong avenue. We could and should also pray for them.
I've seen different preachers being in house and on the streets. People have different methods of preaching and that is their prerogative. Some preach very calmly and they are very effective. Other Street Preachers preach a hard message and sometimes it appears they go overboard. They don't mean to judge people but they want to have people convicted so that they can be saved. ( Sometimes with drunk people it could save their lives and others as well) Thank God for preachers.
Ephesians 4:11-12

Yesterday I heard a man by the coffee shop in his car with the loud radio on as they have these days talking and I guess he was a preacher telling somebody no I cannot judge you. But particular congregations has to be able to judge something like the LGBTQ community being infiltrated in the church system. There are certain responsibilities they have and they have to be able to determine right from wrong. They have to be able to teach and to explain what sin is. Most preachers will understand scripture and have spiritual understanding as well. Some will be better than others. They also watch over the souls of those in their church or congregation. They watch over the flock as well.
Again the same quote from the same reference as above
"Obviously, churches must be prayerful and wise about when and how to apply Paul's instructions in 1 Corinthians 5. The goal is not self-righteousness or vindictive revenge. Rather, it should be protection of truth and the repentance of the sinner."
We as Christians do have a mission to evangelize the word and to preach against things like abortion. We have to defend unborn innocent children that are being murdered. We have to explain what God thinks and what is in his word concerning sin. The Watchman has to be able to warn people and they do.
God's word tells us be studied and show ourselves approved. Many people go to Bible school to learn the Bible they call seminary.
Here's a good example because Christ is the head of the church meaning the head of the body. Believers are the branches and the Lord is the Vine.
1 Peter 5:2-3
King James Version
2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;
3 Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being examples to the flock.
To summarize regarding judging and Leadership it is best to quote the whole verse..
Corinthians 12:15-26
King James Version
15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?
18 But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.
19 And if they were all one member, where were the body?
20 But now are they many members, yet but one body.
21 And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
22 Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:
23 And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.
24 For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked.
25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.
26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.
Read 26 above over a few times. You see on the day of judgement I never knew you again. Now I am aware that counterfeit Believers will play a huge role in this but nonetheless he knows his sheep.
Now I just want to emphasize that scripture says that one person esteems one day and another another and I guess it might depend on the particular denomination they belong to. But some worship on different days or a bunch of days. So the Bible tells us who are we to judge them. Unless they have a duty that is different or partaking in something there. So let me finalize it by this quote
"Teachers who have been faithful to proclaim truth and demonstrate godly living will receive rewards accordingly. They will hear their Master say, “Well done, good and faithful servant” (Luke 19:17)." This quote from Got Question.

In my after notes: [7] Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy . [8] Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. [9] Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. [10] Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
