Police Arrest and Charge Christian Preacher at Abortion Rally !
So I'm just watching this video about the preachers being warned by the police and he's reading the officer that he has the right regarding the decibels and his freedom to exercise I believe his first amendment rights. The officer listens but is a little frustrated and tell him he's welcome to talk but he's not welcome to PA. It is obvious by just a further into the video that the officers are trying to push the preacher who is now not using a PA and lifting his hands at the abortion Rally or clinic to preach. But he is being pushed back by the officers whom appear to have been called and they probably don't want this to get into a fighting match. So they are trying to do their job but it appears the preacher is being affected and troubled. Given all that has happened since Roe versus Wade you got to see both sides of it. But none the less there seems to be recently an issue with bull Horns or Amplified sound. The preacher did tell the officer that it has to be regulated with city ordinances with the decibel number. But the officer walked away it appeared a little frustrated. Then it appears that the police are agitated with him and maybe they're a group of preachers and they're trying to say what is the sidewalk but the preacher stands up for his rights and points to a sign saying this is public property and preacher signs cannot be on private property. Tension it seems to be brewing.
The police officer tells him it's Court property and he has to go to the sidewalk that is public property but the preacher feels his right is being violated and the officer is warning and he's going to be arrested. The preacher appears to comply and stands up with the word of God about liars. This is interesting because is Court property public property in the United States? We know that they have those tensions with the court after Roe versus Wade.
Well the preacher stood up as a man of God and claimed his right because he serves a real God. But the police also serve the city and they have their own reason to be worried probably. The preachers becoming agitated and it does appear that his right is being violated. What about the people on the court property yelling at the preachers? So if the preacher turns back on his Amplified sound he's being warned he will be arrested and he's claiming his amendment right. However the officer instructs him or warns him that if he turns the Amplified sound back on he will be arrested. So the preacher stands up for his right of freedom of speech. I asked Christians everywhere to pray for your brothers and sisters in Christ and those ones who stand up for the word of God. So the Street Preacher continues to preach with the Amplified sounds as he claims the court case that gives him that right as a support for his rights. At the moment the police are just standing around. So at 8:16 into the video he's asked again for a permit and he says he has a permit and he might be asked for ID. From about 8:21 into the video people are asked to step back as the police say they are conducting an investigation. In and around 8:48 TimeWise video wise the preacher gets arrested and a number of officers are all taken part in arresting him. The preacher gets carried off after he is handcuffed and arrested. You could hear this is shameful a couple times.
So Alex posted bail later that day after he got arrested and he was charged for using a loudspeaker.
It's a sad State of Affairs because these street preachers deter crime and change Wicked Hearts eventually. And with the tensions in the United States right now it's not an easy thing. I would ask my brothers and sisters in Christ to pray for these street preachers. My gut feeling is that his rights were violated. How do you measure sound loudness on the streets? It's as though one thing led to another. It does appear that there was no compromise with even turning down the Amplified sound a little police wise. He did stand up for his Amendment rights and he did have research of another case that supported his rights. I think Street Preachers in America need to know whether Court property is public property. It might not be the same in all states or cities. They should see if there's a way to determine loudness. Is there a device that could measure loudness?
In America right now what we hear in Canada is that crime levels over there are horrendous. Judge Jeanine quite often speaks about this on the five as other people from the Fox News Network also do. It's probably not limited to America only but right now America is in the news quite often. They defunded the police perhaps in Canada as well and that's one issue that doesn't help. The things were seeing in the news reported even in Canada are horrible. One woman was set on fire and killed at a subway station recently in Canada while another now two we're attacked being elderly women. There's always carjacking in the news. There are robberies quite often in the news and it does appear that morals have gone out the window. Many gun related crimes often are heard about in news today.
Prayer is very important but you have to be a doer of God's word. The teenagers today as there was one killed recently in Canada in a parking lot scuffle are under great threat. It's not rocket science to know that there is a great falling away from morals and this was prophesied. Keep the faith, promote peace regardless because the Bible says blessed are the peacemakers.
Also that comment was anointed I don't think it's wise to sue the police. Stand up for your rights turn the other cheek as well. Pray about it.
