Finding Jesus (LIFE)

Be weary of people that telling you they found Jesus such as some celebrities but stay in the world. When you have that much attention in life and you're in the limelight and you are a celebrity as you have all the adulation it's going to be hard for you because it's not what it might seem to really find Christ. Some people find the Christ that is so loving and makes amends with all manner of sins. When you die with Christ during baptism and you rise to newness you have forsaken your life of fornication, of idolatry and sin. You crucify the flesh and you walk as he does with him. You follow him but you no longer have an interest in those things that be of men but those things that be of God. Many books as I've said before are written from people in the limelight and they don't live or testify like those street preachers telling people the truth. Jesus said if they won't hear my words they won't hear your words either  He also said if they persecuted me they will also persecute you. He told the rich young ruler to sell everything give the money to the poor and pick up his cross and follow him. Why would he be required to pick up a cross? Because the real way is by the cross and not bypassing it. He said I send you out amongst wolves. Countless people can't accept the truth and when they don't understand what it is they make amendments that they're following it but they're not. Jesus of Nazareth said he sheep hear his voice and listen to him. You see on the day of judgment tons of people are going to be cast away from him because they're not his sheep but they think they are. They don't listen to him but they listen to another master but they claim that they know him or listen to him. Look at what is written.

Isaiah 53:6

“All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.”

First of all the son of the living God is not religion. You don't find him with religion but you must be born again. John 3:3

You need to be a Bible believing Christian. That means somebody that believes what is written in the Bible (King James Bible). You should know who he really is because various groups have a different Jesus than the one  described in the Bible. Look what he tells people on the day of judgment

Matthew 7:22-24

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity .

I'm not trying to discourage you but I'm telling you the truth which is hard to bear. Do you have an interest in reading the Bible? Do you go around and tell people about the gospel and share it? Have you forsaken your sinful ways?

So when people say they found or met Jesus it means they had a life-changing encounter with His Spirit. This happens because the Father draws (drags) human beings to Jesus (John 6:44, 12:32). If you “found” Him, that means He found and drew you.

This encounter with the living Christ results in a life that is profoundly changed from what it was before. But that is only the beginning. There are much greate r things ahead for the one who is determined to put Jesus, and only Jesus, first ."
