The teeter totter

There's a problem with the double message.

When we were saved if we're talking about salvation we were saved by faith in believing in Jesus Christ and his death burial and Resurrection. 30  And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved ?

31  And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. Acts 16:30 to 31

Mind you I'm talking about the Jesus perfectly described in the King James Bible . Reinforced by The book of Revelation . The same book that says test the spirits to see if they're from God . 1 John 4:1-5 Once a person is truly saved and even baptized in believer's baptism and is what is known as a born again Christian they have been made a new creature in Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:17

There is evidence of their conversion. Everything is made new and you see things in a new light. Now you're grafted into the body of Christ. You died to your old self and you now live in faith. You're born again. John 3:3 you realize the importance of obeying the Vine. The Bible says to glorify God in your bodies which is not of your own. In fact your spirit belongs to God. Christ paid the price in full. You are a child of Gods. 

What does the Bible say about being born again KJV?

[7] Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. [8] The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Now look what Peter said. The Apostle

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

You walk by faith. If you don't pick up your cross you're not worthy of him. Even Timothy and Paul understood the importance of the rebuke. At one point Apostle Paul even attempted to rebuke Apostle Peter. Galatians 2:11 to 14 I've heard discussions on that.  You know debate. But this is why you need wisdom and pray for that if you don't have it because you have to have spiritual discernment to know when to do it and when not to do it. Because the Bible says blessed is the man that does not stand in the way of sinners. The hand can't say to the foot I have no need of you. Now I'm going to explain my message that is very very important. Extremely important because people are mastered by the flesh. We are to live in the spirit and not the flesh. If any man says he is without sin he makes Christ a liar. It's not that we don't want to strive or glorify God in our bodies because we do. But the mixed messages do not help. Yes we have to seek his righteousness. But if we don't learn to overcome the flesh physically we will keep stumbling every once in awhile. We put our faith in Christ. We're not always talking about salvation. We have to seek his righteousness because the heart is abundantly wicked. Realizing there's going to be brothers and sisters in Christ that are weak in the faith.

Now let me explain in depth. I have read all the different replies, writings of different brothers in Christ. They come equipped with different backgrounds. For instance some of them came out of a biblical Church and became disciples in Christ Jesus our lord. Some of them are very good teachers. Particularly probably not licensed elect. But some of us were called for different purposes. Some Christians write you have to seek God's will for your life. His will be done not mine.

I can think of four brothers in Christ that are excellent teachers and appear to love the Lord. Maybe five of them. They all have different methods. For example one used to think of being worldly but they don't believe in that anymore. They don't believe that Jesus is like that. They do believe it's by faith. That when you make mistakes you repent of it and you get back on course. He did it for us already and it's a free gift and it cant be earned. Then there's another brother who used to be a preacher in a biblical Church. He left the establishment altogether. He tells us that the church establishment was run on the doctrines and commandments of men. In fact that is in scripture. 9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Matthew 15:9 he does make a case that you have to overcome fornication, masturbation for men even women. He goes around warning people of the coming judgment. The seriousness of being in the faith. There's another one who is a street preacher whom scrutinizes the word of God. He does this because he wants to make the right choices for himself and for his ministry. He's an excellent street preacher.  Sometimes from different brothers some of them will say it's conditional and they teach that. In fact the Bible says that the Lamb of God prunes the branches so that more fruits come forth.

Now let me wrap it all up. Bible tells us that whatever masters you will be your master. It also tells us that we cannot join Christ to a harlot. “ Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot ? God forbid.” 1 Corinthians 6:15. It also warns us in James 4:4 to befriend the world is enmity with God. There are various passages that tell us to fear God and fear not man. Fear God and live. The Vine who is the lamb that takes away the sins of the world he's going to have a problem on the day of judgment with people being with iniquity. Although many try to convince him to accept them based upon their works but it appears their hearts are not right with him and he does not recognize them. We will be judged by every idle word. But once God has blotted out our sins he sees us whiter than snow. We're not trying to earn his approval. But we have come to be new creatures in Christ. Growing in grace. We are told to worship the Lord and to fellowship. We are told not to lapse in our prayers. We are told to forgive our enemies seven times 77 times. We have full understanding that we are not under the law. At the same time it is written that the new commandment is to love each other and that wipes/blots out many sins. You have people going to see their pasture, their preacher because they are having trouble with the flesh. Every once in awhile in the news media I have seen some news coverage of some preacher that got caught doing things that are abominable. There was one that passed away not too long ago that had an extra marital affair and denied it. His own ministry confessed it. Do not defile the marriage bed because God sees the two as one flesh.

Here's what an equity means. immoral or grossly unfair behavior.

So there's another preacher who preached as Satan convinced us that we cannot be sinless. He said he takes his strong moral compass on the word of God and not other brothers and sisters in Christ ideals or constructs sort of to speak. The Bible does warn us to not trample the blood of Christ and not abuse grace. Apostle Paul warned about having grace rebound (abound). The Bible does say when you sin confess it and God is faithful to forgive you. So now I'm going to show you what you plant in the minds of your brothers and sisters. The mixed messages will have people falling back into sins of the flesh .

I'm going to explain further. The Bible says to renew your mind. A little leaven leavens the whole lump.  Jesus of Nazareth taught a man who looks back is not fit for the kingdom of God.  When we nullify the instructions of the Lord we are in danger of regression because we're just disobeying his instructions. Almost like he's not there at all. But he is risen and he is the only mediator between God and Men. So if a brother or sister has problem with fornication they will be in danger of being mastered by it and falling back into the world. Because you set up the notion in their mind that he did it all and all they have to do is have faith. I can have faith that I'm going to get paid on Friday. But if I have a 40-hour work week and I only show up for 20 hours because I'm incompetent but I get upset because I expect to be paid for 40 hours I'm wicked and irresponsible. Fear God and live and glorifying him in your bodies.

Supporting after thoughts: The word carnal

If you've set your mind on the things of the flesh you are carnally minded. And abiding/binding tide by the Lord which is John 10:10. Will your name be blotted out of the Lamb's book of Life?

It's interesting to get people's replies and in between the grapevines I do hear them. I want to help my brothers and sisters in Christ overcome the sins of the flesh.  Disciple Robert has an anointed comment. Amen

  Luke 18:9-14 I heard Pastor Charles Lawson's sermon on this posted today. Thank you Pastor. Reasonable. But there are Brothers and Sisters in Christ that need attention to overcome the flesh. There are people that fall away and need help overcoming the flesh. We have to love our Brothers and Sisters in Christ and if they are having trouble with the flesh pray for them and see if you could direct them to help. We don't condemn them. But we do have to warn each other and keep each other in check. The Bible tells us to check whether we are in the faith daily. Each brother and sister has a relationship with Christ once they  become a True Believer. We're talking about Believers here. Once an unbeliever becomes a True Believer then they will learn what others learned hopefully. Praise the Lord and sing a wonderful song for him.

From the love of my heart if you are a person who is struggling to overcome the flesh here is a little insight that might help you. First of all know that you are not alone and you have prayer. You also have the assistance of God. Believe in your heart that you can overcome something and renew your mind and you'll achieve it.

Walk in the Spirit and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. –Gal. 5:17

By the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the flesh. –Rom. 8:13

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. –Rom. 12:2

The Bible says we have the mind of Christ (1 Cor. 2:16), and we have been made one with Him (John 17:22).

We have to put on the mind of Christ. Ask the Holy Ghost to guide you away from the carnal mind.

"You see, if we have the mind of Christ and the Holy Spirit in us, then we have the option to be spiritually minded and to think like Jesus does. God can renew your mind and rewrite what you do and how you think when your triggers go off."

From my heart and not to put down other brothers and sisters or any ministry but honestly imagine if you walked into an A&A Alcohol Anonymous class and you interrupted. You tell them the teacher is nuts just listen to you and pray and don't blab on in this class you can do it. They have been mastered by alcohol or drugs and such people are enslaved and need to learn how to overcome.  Bless them that they're taking the initiative to help those people. When you drive drunk you're not in the right mind. People drive looking at the cell phone and cause accidents today.

But you got to care. You've got to see the damage it is doing to your system and to others. The danger you have put yourself in. When you have a carnal mind you can get people pregnant if you're a man. And a lot of times abortions occur. You don't want to go down that route. You see that's murder. You want to overcome the flesh. You want to overcome whatever is mastering you. You can do it. You can do it by putting on the mind of Christ. You can do it by prayer and by believing that you can overcome in faith. You have to face the problem. I am telling you out of loving you. You got to see the importance of living a holy life you will be blessed.
