Spue thee out of my mouth
transitive verb. : vomit. : to send or cast forth with vigor or violence or in great quantity. a volcano spewing out ash. often used with out.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Revelation 3:16 King James Version
So let's take a look at God's mercy's opposed to God's wrath.
What's interesting is in Matthew 15 the woman that came being the Canaanite woman onto Christ and wanted healing for her daughter at first he did not answer her. I think the Apostle said let her alone. He said he came for the house of Israel. When she pressed on he told her is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs. She allow the crumbs to be fed to the dogs but the crumbs are for the children. Obviously he knows her thoughts and her heart. But she said the dogs lick up the crumbs that fall off the table and that impressed him. It appears to me it's not totally intentional. He said let it be as thou wilt. He was impressed by her great faith and her respectful answer. In the same passage of scripture he had multitudes of people following him. The interesting thing is there were 4,000 men, women and children and the Bible actually gives us a number. Out of the few fish and bread that they had he fed that multitude and there was even food left over. And the other thing that's interesting is before he done this he gave thanks to God his father then at the end of the passage he sent away the multitudes then took a ship into Magdala.
What I find interesting in another passage he cursed Galilee for failing to repent. Including a couple of other places.
"Matthew's gospel and Luke's gospel record Jesus' message of woe to the unrepentant cities of Chorazin, Bethsaida and Capernaum, located around the northern shore of the Sea of Galilee, for their refusal to repent."
What happened to the city of Chorazin?
The town was partially destroyed in the 4th century, possibly as a result of an earthquake. The settlement of Khirbat Karraza subsequently developed on the site.
What happened to the city of Bethsaida?
No one knows why they died out. The fourth city - the first to be called Bethsaida - emerged in the 3rd century BC and lasted until Roman legions destroyed it during the Jewish revolt in the 1st century.Dec 24, 1987
What can you tell me about Capernaum?
There remains a Via Maris highway mile stone in Capernaum today. The village was thought to have prospered from the 2nd century BC to the 13th century AD when it reverted to a simple fishing village until the 1800's. The late establishment of the town explains why Capernaum is not in the Old Testament.
Please read this..
“Then began he to upbraid the cities wherein most of his mighty works were done, because they repented not: Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes. But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgement, than for you. And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works, which have been done in thee, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee. At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.”
“Hades” is the name of the Greek god of the dead. Whenever Jesus wanted to talk about the hell of fire, he used “gehenna,” the Greek transliteration of Jerusalem’s garbage dump. His denunciation of Capernaum wasn’t that strong. But what had Capernaum done to incur his wrath and strong denunciation?
The mercy and wrath of God and Christ.
Please read the next three paragraphs in quotes.
"Of course they considered him a friend. He was the most popular man in town. He may have been a little odd, but that’s no problem. After all, he was very nice and healed everyone who came to him. The whole town benefitted from having him live there.
"The fine people of Capernaum must have been stunned when Jesus condemned the whole town."
"No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish. Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them: do you think that they were worse offenders than all the others who lived in Jerusalem? No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.”
Interesting ...
Jesus’ wrath—God’s wrath—is revealed against all unrighteousness. In no way does it contradict his love and mercy.
God himself said for those who repent and show that they love him
Exodus 20:6
“And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.”
King James Version (KJV)
Repent or perish...
James 4:4
“Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.”
King James Version (KJV)

In my after thoughts and after notes we know that God will spew or puke out the lukewarm Christian or the lukewarm church out of his mouth as written in scripture. We know that he's a merciful God but he's angry at the wicked every single day. You don't want to anger him whereas his fierce anger against a nation or against a city comes forth because it is written he is no respecter of persons. As written in the opening of Romans chapter 2 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. Judgment is solely reserved for God and so is revenge. But you see we know as Christians we are to pick up our cross and rebuke with long suffering contending for the faith once delivered onto the saints. So in other words we have to rebuke sinners but also call them to repentance. So it's easy to misunderstand and many are destroyed for lack of understanding. But look what other meaning I have found: Commentary on Romans 2:1-16 The Jews thought themselves a holy people, entitled to their privileges by right, while they were unthankful, rebellious, and unrighteous. But all who act thus, of every nation, age, and description, must be reminded that the judgment of God will be according to their real character.
