Who do we turn to when we sinned as human beings on Earth? What does the Bible have to say?
And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: [2] And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
1 John 1:9
King James Version
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Apostle Paul was a saint, he held the office of an apostle and he was a born again Christian yet he said he was the chief of sinners? Did he mean before he was saved or after?
Paul said, “I am chief,” not “I was chief of sinners."
The Apostle Paul said..
“For I am the least of the apostles and do not even deserve to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me” ( 1 Corinthians 15:9–10 ). To the Ephesians, he said, “Although I am less than the least of all the Lord’s people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the boundless riches of Christ” ( Ephesians 3:8 )
John 3:16 and what is written about God's grace is very special. While we were yet sinners he loved us and sent his only begotten son that whomever believe in him should not perish but have everlasting life. To perish means you end up in a place called hell. We need to contemplate what that really means. Sure we can get all worried and scared but the Bible does say the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. It also tells us that the devil deceives the entire world. It also tells us that they will make merchandise out of you. It also tells us what will it profit us to gain the whole world and forfeit our own soul. To forfeit your own soul means you lose it and it ends up in hell where no prayers are heard and there's no escape but there's consistent condemnation, consistent torment in that tribulation. So you look out there in the world and you see how it hates the light of God. It raises countless false gods, false christs and countless religions that are totally contrary to the word of God yet people follow them. They think they're entering in the right door but they're actually entering a door that is totally non-existent and totally the wrong way. John 10:10 tells us about the thief. If anybody tries to enter in not by the proper door/way they are nothing but a thief/robber. This is yet as important as it is in essence the prophet Isaiah said hell only gets larger. Right now if you don't believe in Jesus Christ you are already condemned because you have not believed on the only name given unto men in which he might find salvation. Our sin separates us from a God who cannot stand sin because he is holy beyond our wildest imagination. We pray and confess our sins in the name of Jesus Christ to God our Father if we are true believers whom is in heaven. We must be born again. John 3:3

What is the main message of the Gospel?
..
The short answer is: The word “gospel” means “good news.” It's the good news message that mankind can be saved from the penalty of their sin and receive eternal life in Heaven with God through the death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ
