Unholy Wicked lyrics and music

The honorable saint Ruben Israel who recently passed away on June 17th 2023 as I believe it was 5:00 a.m. in the morning had a podcast about forgiveness and one particular Christian had that segment of the show concerning music showing Ruben's last little time on Earth with us. Ruben talked about music and he gave his opinion. He also talked about forgiveness and said he doesn't go tell somebody about Hellfire who's on their deathbed given a certain amount of hours to live. He mentioned if you have any  UN   forgiveness in your heart that should not be there and you have to forgive because you're about to meet God and I completely agree. He said sometimes there are those who just want to call down Hellfire. Yes you forgive but you don't walk the same path because some people truly don't change who are still in the world flesh and the devil. Ruben mentioned his feelings on music and said you that were involved in it perhaps it's not a good thing for you to preach about it but we that were never in that are better equipped sort of to speak to preach about that. He said so leave that to us. So what is my feelings on this and I'm sorry that Ruben's not here. If I was in their ministry and I must not preach about that I would contend with their desire.

Ruben did say maybe God took you out of that and you have a testimony. Ruben also mentioned about the bad lyrics in some songs and of course when you become a true believer you become aware you can grieve the spirit very easily this is why we are to contend for the faith and rebuke and exhort with long suffering. If I can reiterate a different way pick up your cross and if you're not willing to you're not worthy of me that's pretty striking and hard as the living risen Messiah Jesus Christ Emmanuel said.

So where do I start? You can't serve two masters as you will despise one and love the other. You cannot befriend the world without becoming God's enemy once you are a true Bible born again believer. You're reasonable service is to be unspotted from the world and to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice. Now according to lyrics there are some lyrics that are evil, derogatory, insulting and some indulge in things that are against the spirit. So when you sing those songs what kind of fruit is coming out of you and what feelings is the song generating. Some music will make you act in a very weird way and gets multiplied with people who are alcoholics and take drugs and I heard horrible stories of one that was recently in media. So when you become a true believer in Christ you have to abide in Christ and not the world and you cannot do that being his sheep and following the path of the world that is abominable and rejects the spirit of the commandments. Christ said the tree that does not bear good fruit will be hewn down and cast into the fire. Now some music tells a story and some music is extremely beautiful and pleasant. For example John Lennon's beautiful boy. Or John Lennon's woman where he's singing about loving his wife. Or even Elvis Presley had a song called love letters which is very beautiful. But the songs we need to sing as true believers is songs that glorify the true living son of the living God. Not the devil. Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the Risen Messiah.

Songs that glorify gangster rap or evil things may tell a story for the people doing that but it is evil and abominable in the sight of a living God. You know people sing blues songs and even those can be therapeutical but once you become a true believer they don't bring forth  Holy fruit that would be abiding in Christ. Remember God is Holy beyond our understanding and the things humans highly esteem are nothing more than abomination to God. 

Now let me tell you a little bit testimony about myself. I had talents in various things and some people are multi-talented. I liked music and I liked a lot of the worldly artists that everybody else likes and when I was lost what I thought was appropriate when I became a true believer I realized that was more or less an abomination. For example when I was going through one of my lowest periods slowly learning about authentic Christianity I wrote a blues song that was very professionally recorded and it was mostly all me and something very wicked happened that same week and I had pride and arrogance. I sang about prostitutes and maybe worldly people in their blues state of mind and you see Christ wants them saved and he died for the sins of the world so when we are mocking these people we are mocking our own soul. I was lost and had a stupid understanding of who Christ was and how God sees the world. I was in what you call the world flesh and the devil. I could understand love songs but you know they say they're a dime a dozen and a lot of people sing them and then treat each other with vigor and wickedly even divorce. You reap what your sow. You cannot be holy and abiding in Christ and hold on to what is an abomination to the true God living God of Israel because the way is truly narrow and straight. There's nothing wrong with a love song if it just has a little story. Jesus Christ of Nazareth came to call sinners to repentance. You know God's word says man will not live on bread and water alone but by every Idle word that proceeds forth from the mouth of GOD. One single word that is idle can send you to hell. It is against the spirit. You see the soul that sins shall surely die. God's word also tells us to make melodies in our hearts for the Lord. We are to worship and praise. The tree that does not bear good fruit will be hewn down and cast into the fire.

Now as far as guitar I remember wanting to be a professional player and be able to play lead like some of the greats and I came very close but after I realized a lot of it now is a lot of noise and a lot of nothing I don't desire that anymore. No such thing is in heaven. Heaven is a holy place. No evil people will be there insulting others. No abominable things that humans are attracted to will ever be there that's another compounded reason why the devil was cast out in essence as he was attracted to such things that the wicked humans are. Pride was found in him. You see I wanted to be a professional and tour and even being a band where I don't have to be the lead or I could share the talent with others and as I was getting there and I probably got there I realized this is not of God and not doing  God's will and actually doing your own. I surrendered and gave my life to the true holy Hebrew Jesus Christ Emmanuel God with us of Nazareth. The Bible says a man must be born again. John 3:3 Notice the word must . It doesn't say he should be born again or I hope he can be born again. It doesn't say he should desire to be born again. It says you must be born again . It's not easy for us to let go of the world but you have to and abide in Christ and remember that and since then probably the only thing I've done is make some gospels music singing about the lord and praising and a few of them were given to me by the Lord.

Now in my after thoughts/notes I did collaborate with very professional people and some that weren't for a long time actually many years and we wrote songs together and played together. Some of these people were extremely professional even touring and that was very exciting and I also learned off of them the same how we learned off our brothers and sisters in Christ. But once you give your life to Christ you should bear holy fruit. You're abiding in him and that is hard to accept for some true converts at first because they can't let go of the world .

By an idle word is meant  one that is false, that accuses any falsely . Some indeed say that it includes all light talk, all such as stirs immoderate laughter, or shameful and immodest words."

empty rhetoric or insincere or exaggerated talk .

What does that tell us that the way is indeed straight and narrow and few be there that find it in their lifetime
