What is the gospel? The gospel is the good news that God gave us a savior and there is no other name but that of Jesus Christ who was born a Jew in Bethlehem and was a Jewish rabbi who was despised, rejected, and a man well acquainted with grief and sorrow but yet he is the Lamb that takes away the sins of the world. John 3:16 KJV

God gave us the savior who had a three-year Ministry was born in Bethlehem in the beginning and lived the perfect life that you and I could not and he died at 33 years old they say on the cross at Calvary and had risen on the third day and sits at the right hand of the father in glory. He is the Lamb that takes away the sins of the world. God was well pleased with him and there's no other man in the world that died for you. He did the father's will. There is no other human being like him that ever walked the face of the Earth.

Back in the day there was no J in the Hebrew alphabet and I believe it's the same today. We know he the Christ was given the name Emmanuel which means God with us. We know the name Yeshua is more to what he would have been called and it is the short form of Yahoshua. So Joshua would not have been pronounced with a j.

Sin has separated us from the true Living God. The gospel is the good news and back in the day of Christ he spoke Hebrew and most likely at dialect of the Aramaic languages as well. He died at 33 years old and they say he had a 3 year ministry. As a child he astonished the religious leaders as he was busy doing the business of his father and he was extremely very bright. He knew exactly what he was doing and he triumphed over the devil and his kingdom.

Apostle Paul taught and was concerned with people teaching works of the law. He made this known that this is wicked and false doctrine. Including Christ himself made it known is that religious practices elevating the traditions of men nullifies the word of the Living God. God doesn't change yesterday, tomorrow and forever. We are not under the law but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't honor the Sabbath and have a Sabbath rest and let no man judge you according to scripture.

No other gospel

[8] But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you,  let him be accursed . [9] As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

Let no man judge you

Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

God gave us the Bible and you need to read about the day of Pentecost in the book of Acts in the King James Bible.

[1] And  when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place . [2] And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. [3] And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

So where did we get religious deception? Well Simon the Sorcerer and today the world is deceived. It even goes further than this.

⁹  But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one:

I highly recommend you develop an immediate interest and I challenge you to pick up a King James Bible paper copy and read a verse a day and pray. You need to make the Lord Jesus Christ Lord and savior of your life and I recommend giving your life to him and getting born again. What is your life but a vapor here today and gone tomorrow and you never know when you will be absent from the body. Hell is eternal and of course it is real. You see God doesn't want to send you there and he gave you a way out because the wages of sin is death and man is without excuse and you live once and then comes the judgment. There's absolutely no other name given to men in which he can find salvation and salvation is of the Lord. The true almighty God of Israel which is Jesus Christ of Nazareth as he and the father are one can save your soul. You got to take the lifeline and stop wasting time. God is relationship and the Bible makes it absolutely clear you must be born again. This is what the Jewish Messiah Jesus Christ of Nazareth told the Sanhedrin Pharisee Nicodemus. You must put your faith in the Hebrew risen Jesus Christ of Nazareth. You cannot please God without faith. The faith of a mustard seed can move mountains. God's word tells me to contend for the faith and I am to love God more than my natural family. We give thanks and praise to the almighty God of Israel and his only begotten son the biblical Lord Jesus Christ.

We being English speaking Christians or we can refer to us as gentiles call him by what's written in the King James Bible Jesus Christ but we know he was not some guy with blue eyes and long hair looking like a hippie.
