Is Hell eternal?

Yes its real! That is forever!!!

“Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: ” (KJV) Matthew 25:41

Updating this September 10th 2023 because hell is a doctrine that many churches shy away from and people do not like this and misinterpret it. God has a lot of grace and it's true. He can save the worst of sinners.

Well it's forever unfortunately. Meaning once you are there you are there forever and you will never see the light of God ever. People do not fear because they do not know God. Proverbs 7:1 Now we could look at the Hebrew meaning of eternal and it's quite close to the original perhaps even the greek meaning. So there is scripture that tells us people will burn and eventually will become stubble. There's also scripture that tells us death and hell will be thrown into the lake of fire. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Revelation 20:14 but you have to know what this really means. He overcame death and nothing can stop his ministry/Kingdom because the gates of Hell will not prevail against it.  We know HELL/it's real and it is the worst thing you could imagine just horrible. Many people who are evil do not know what awaits them. Many people who are evil as hell are going to spend eternity in hell if they don't wake up repent and believe in the gospel the lord Jesus Christ. That's just how it is. God is a strong judge and he's also a merciful judge if you were to repent and believe in his only begotten son. To believe is to know him and once you know him you should abide in him. John 15:7 He said he will deny those who deny him. Either way once your name is not written in the lamb's book of life and you end up in hell there's no escape.

You know he came to give us an abundance of life as written in John 10:10 but it's still enmity to befriend the world. It is written in the end times people will be lovers of entertainment but not lovers of truth and having itchy ears. The evil one wants you involved in things that are interesting to Satan but not to God because they are nothing more an abomination to GOD.

Now let me just explain something the fallen world wants to entice you, give you entertainment and the arts whether it be sports, music, acting, modelling or some craft but God tells us joy is found in him and obeying him and his narrow way. When James says it's enmity to befriend the world this is very true. James 4:4 The other thing is man will not live on bread and water alone but by every Idle word that he speaks he will give an account for on the day of judgment. So for example all the times you insult people if you die in your sins you're going to answer for everything you ever did and lame excuses will not cut it. If you're not saved and covered by the blood your toast. God tells us man is without excuse. You can read the Bible till the cows come home and disobey it. Remember in Noah's day the flood came and they all drowned. They were laughing at Noah just like they were laughing at Christ on that cross and mocking him. Right now it's comparable to Noah's day everybody is busy with entertainment and all sorts of wickedness. They don't live holy they don't even know what that means. Now I know he came to give us an abundance of life but the abundance has to be in righteousness not in the wicked ways of the world then you're on the broad path to destruction. Where are you going to spend eternity? Are you SURE!!! Make Sure.
