You know that saying don't judge a book by its cover that's true when we talk about the true God who doesn't look at men's vanity or man's stature but looks at man's heart. 1 Samuel 16:7 KJV We as human beings we see flowers and beautiful things in the world including good looking people but then people go enhance those features such as breast implants, facial surgeries, now sex changes. People do these things for different reasons and they're done to enhance their features and so on. I remember growing up being a young guy and there was a girl that hung around our circle of crowd she was a good looking average girl but some of the women were extremely beautiful and there was animosity between one of them. When they in the later years got better looking I don't think they got breast implants or any of those things they may have put on makeup and had their hair fixed nice perhaps exercised and look pleasant they relayed to me that the other girls felt pretty all this time and now it's their time. People will buy beautiful cars and beautiful houses, expensive clothes, perhaps take expensive vacations and put all their aspirations in things of this life. You know it might be comforting and you might be either blessed enough to have it or you got it by evil means. Either way this is not the way of God and whatever we have were to give thanks. Numbers 23:19 kjv Isaiah 55:8-9 KJV Now set aside that they were under law the Jews when Christ did the sermon on the mount he said: Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away. So if you have a shirt or two give one to someone else that is extremely important today. The wrong today is that people UN hinge everything and have confused salvation with works. They confuse salvation with obeying the vine and being holy. You would need Godly wisdom to know when to exercise to give and who to rightly give it to. But humans have a hard time realizing that somebody they might find unpleasant looking might actually be holy, somebody that they're insulting might actually belong to the true God and they're condemning themselves but without knowing it. God's word says that sometimes we may be entertaining Angels unaware. We have to be careful not to have blind ignorance. When it comes to worshiping that's one thing but  material possessions you have what's called people that accumulate material possessions hoarders even people that collect extremely expensive artwork or collect automobiles this is nothing less than idolatry. Even people that collect memorabilia. The things we highly esteem are nothing more than an abomination to God.

Now there's something else to discuss there's a lot of testimonies about people that died including n ear death experiences and you have to be extremely careful were they religious, did they have a relationship with Christ, where they atheists and what was the manner of their life in terms of righteousness? Some people will say "unfortunately" some people were married many years such as maybe 20 to 36 years maybe over 40, 50 years, 60 years even that they were beautiful inside and outside. Be extremely careful because how you judge is not how God judges and some of these people might actually be in hell today who passed away but you think they were good. John 12:48 The Bible says our works are as filthy rags and the heart is abundantly wicked and our lord Jesus Christ taught unless you repent you will all likewise perish. Repentance isn't I'm sorry repentance is truly changing and the Bible makes it clear a man must be born again or he won't see life. John 3:3 Now sometimes the street preachers are preaching out there and you get some of these religious people or religious atheists that argue with them and even swear at them and have viol language and they call themselves some of them Christians. Scripture says we will give an account for every idle word unsaved/unrepented. People have this assumption that their religion is going to save their soul but salvation is in a person it's not in a religion. And the Bible makes it clear it's relationship not religion. You see when Christ was questioned about going to visit people at a home particularly a funeral home today you know a wake as somebody has passed away he was stern and said a man who puts his hand on the plow and looks back is not fit for the kingdom of God. He said let the dead bury their dead you go preach the kingdom of God. He was asked a few times and he gave the same sort of answers. He is the God/savior of the living not the God of the dead. You have religious people that completely ignore his teaching so their faith is not in him it's in their religious ceremonies, relics and teachings of doctrines of devils, you know doctrines of demons. A lot of people are going to hear I never knew you on the day of judgment. He also said he knows his sheep and they obey him but those that do not obey him are not his sheep. We have lovers of falsehood in this world and people that practice abominable things and call themselves Christians. Christ warned these people draw nigh unto him with their mouth but their hearts are far from him. Now Christ had no vanity that he should be desired. The Bible says he has no beauty he was a man well acquainted with sorrow despised and rejected. He lived a perfect life for us and through his stripes we are healed and without the shedding of blood there would be no forgiveness of sins of course. But what I want to drive home the devil Satan that used to be named Lucifer was a beautiful cherubim angel decorated highly yet iniquity was found in him. He had pride in his own vanity but remember Christ was humble. Christ didn't tell people what they wanted to hear sometimes he taught them faith like he did when the storm came and they were out on the sea and they fell asleep. Remember he walked on water imagine you wouldn't drown. But he sometimes made people extremely angry because he never told people what they wanted to hear he told them the truth and people despise the truth yet believe they're going to eternal life with lies and false teachings. The Bible says where your heart is so will be your treasure and reminds us to store up treasures for heaven where moths will not get at them. So if you are a construction worker swearing with your colleagues you are in direct violation of Christ sacrifice on the cross. Apostle Peter warned what manner of life are we to live when we know a day is coming when the elements will dissolve and nothing will be left on Earth. 

 What is the condition of your heart? Do you gossip or do you read the Bible and have you submitted yourself to Christ entering that narrow way that leads to life in Christ?
