HAVE YOU EVER HEARD NON-BELIEVERS SAY THAT THE BIBLE IS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND? DO YOU KNOW WHY THEY SAY THIS AND IS IT TRUE? YES, IT IS TRUE FOR THEM BECAUSE THE BIBLE SAYS IT IS NOT GIVEN UNTO THEM TO UNDERSTAND. THIS IS WHY JESUS TAUGHT SO MANY TIMES BY PARABLES. HIS DISCIPLES ASK HIM WHY HE DID THIS AND SEE WHAT HE TELLS THEM IN MATTHEW 13:10-13 "And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand."

WITHOUT HAVING HOLY SPIRIT FOR A GUIDE , AS THE NON-BELIEVERS, THEY HAVE NO IDEA AS TO WHAT THE BIBLE IS TALKING ABOUT. THIS IS WHAT IT TELLS US IN 1ST CORINTHIANS 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. HOWEVER, WE, WHO ARE BORN AGAIN, DO HAVE HOLY SPIRIT TO GUIDE US AS JESUS TELLS US IN JOHN 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

IF WE WILL JUST REMEMBER WHEN WE ARE TALKING TO NON-BELIEVERS ABOUT JESUS NOT TO GET TOO DEEP INTO QUOTING SCRIPTURE BECAUSE THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. WE MUST SHOW THEM JESUS IN US AND THE LOVE THAT WE HAVE FOR HIM AND THE LOVE THAT HE WANTS TO GIVE THEM. THEY MIGHT NOT UNDERSTAND SCRIPTURE BUT THEY DO UNDERSTAND LOVE AND MOST OF THEM ARE LOOKING FOR THAT LOVE. LET JESUS' LOVE SHINE THROUGH YOU. THIS MIGHT BE THE ONLY THING THAT WILL GET THEM SAVED AND YOU MIGHT BE JUST THE ONE THAT CAN DO IT. DON'T LET THEM DOWN.
