IF YOU STOOD BEFORE GOD TODAY AND HE ASKED YOU WHAT YOU HAD DONE TO DESERVE TO BE IN HEAVEN, WHAT WOULD YOU TELL HIM? SOME OF YOU WOULD START TELLING HIM ALL THE GOOD THINGS YOU HAD BEEN DOING LIKE GOING TO CHURCH, TITHING, TEACHING SUNDAY SCHOOL, ETC. IF THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A TEST QUESTION, YOU WOULD HAVE FAILED.
I HAVE WRITTEN SO MANY TIMES ON HEALING AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO UNTIL I GET MY MESSAGE CLEAR. WHEN I HAVE QUOTED 1ST PETER 2:24 "Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.", A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE COMMENTED THAT MY INTERPRETATION WAS WRONG AND THIS WAS TALKING ABOUT HEALING OUR SINS. I HAVE EVEN QUOTED ISAIAH 53:5 "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed." BUT THIS DIDN'T SEEM TO HELP ALTHOUGH ISAIAH PROPHESIED THIS BEFORE JESUS WAS EVEN ON THIS EARTH. PEOPLE STILL SAY HE WAS TALKING ABOUT HEALING OUR SINS.

You can transmit the power or the anointing of God through the laying on of hands (Mk. 16:18; Heb. 6:2). IT IS MENTIONED IN ROMANS 5:10-11 AND IT SAYS "For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement." THE GREEK WORD THAT WAS TRANSLATED "ATONEMENT" IS "kATALLAGE" AND STRONG'S CONCORDANCE SAYS IT MEANS "EXCHANGE". WITH THAT MEANING IN MIND, READ THE FOLLOWING.
THE MORE I LISTEN TO THE NEWS MEDIA, THE MORE I WANT TO WRITE ON THIS SUBJECT. WHAT DO YOU THINK WHEN YOU ARE WALKING DOWN THE STREET AT NIGHT AND SEE A BUNCH OF YOUNG KIDS COMING IN YOUR DIRECTION? IT IS A SHAME BUT WE USUALLY WANT TO CROSS THE STREET. WHY IS THIS? I THINK IT IS BECAUSE WE IMMEDIATELY THINK THEY ARE UP TO NO GOOD? THIS IS ALL WE HEAR ON THE RADIO AND SEE ON TV. ALL YOU EVER SEE IS HOW THE GANGS ARE ROAMING THE STREETS AND DOING BAD THINGS. DON'T THEY KNOW THERE ARE GOOD GANGS OF KIDS OUT THERE IN THE STREETS DOING GOOD THINGS?
