Founded by music producer & engineer Richie E. Irby (Chief Operations Officer) & (Chief Executive Officer) Magdalene S. Irby, also in collaboration with (Executive A&R) Victor J. Barrett, BOC Music Group is & has always been passionate about the music we record. As artist themselves, Richie, Maggie & Victor understand the importance of getting the right sound for your project & that elusive “studio sound” requires extensive knowledge & experience that they have gained over the years of working with a wide variety of artists from Gospel, R&B, Hip-Hop, Country & Rock. BOC Music Group wants to network with other Labels, Producers, Songwriters & Artists who have the desire to become more successful in this field of music.
