DOES GOD WANT YOU HEALED?
DO YOU BELIEVE GOD WANTS US ALL HEALED? I CAN TELL YOU FOR SURE THAT HE DOES. FIRST OF ALL JESUS HEALED EVERYONE THAT CAME TO HIM FOR HEALING. NOT ONE SCRIPTURE SAYS THAT HE TURNED ANYONE AWAY. IF JESUS HEALED EVERYONE HE CAME IN CONTACT WITH AND HE SAYS IN JOHN 5:30 "I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me." THEN IT MUST BE GOD'S WILL TO HEAL EVERYONE.
IN TALKING ABOUT HEALING I ALWAYS GO THE THE SCRIPTURE 1ST PETER 2:24 WHERE IS SAYS "Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed." A LOT OF PEOPLE SAY THAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT HEALING OUR SINS BUT LOOK WHAT ISAIAH PROPHESIED SOME 600 YEARS BEFORE JESUS WAS EVEN BORN, ISAIAH 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. THIS IS TALKING ABOUT OUR BODIES.
NOW THIS BRINGS ME TO THIS QUESTION. WHEN YOU ARE PRAYING FOR YOUR HEALING OR THE HEALING OF SOMEONE ELSE, DO YOU END YOUR PRAYERS "IF IT BE THY WILL". THIS IS LIKE A SLAP IN THE FACE TO JESUS AFTER HE TOOK ALL OUR SICKNESSES TO THE CROSS. ALL SICKNESS IS UNDER THE CURSE AND THE BIBLE SAYS IN GALATIANS 3:13 THAT "Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree." JESUS TOOK ALL OF OUR SICKNESSES UPON HIMSELF, ALONG WITH ALL OF OUR SINS, SO WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM. ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS TO HAVE FAITH IN WHAT HE DID AND BELIEVE HE DID IT FOR US. HE GAVE US THE POWER TO DEAL WITH IT SO IT IS UP TO US. MY OLD BODY SOMETIMES TRIES TO TELL ME THAT I AM SICK BUT WHEN THE BIBLE SAYS I AM HEALED, I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE THE BIBLE. I CHOOSE NOT TO BE SICK, HOW ABOUT YOU.
