GOD WILL MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE
HAVE YOU EVER HAD SOMETHING COME UP IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT? IT COULD BE SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS WHETHER TO CHANGE JOBS OR NOT. YOU ASKED GOD FOR DIRECTION AND YOU FELT THAT HE WAS LEADING YOU IN ONE PARTICULAR DIRECTION. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT IT WAS NOT THE WAY YOU REALLY WANTED IT TO GO. WHAT DID YOU DO? DID YOU START THINKING THAT MAYBE YOU HAD MISUNDERSTOOD GOD?
GOD IS NOT HARD TO UNDERSTAND AND HE WILL MEET YOU RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE AND CAN GIVE YOU SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS. LOOK AT MOSES. GOD TOLD HIM TO GO TO PHARAOH AND TELL HIM TO LET HIS PEOPLE GO AND HE STARTED MAKING EXCUSES. HE TOLD GOD TO SEND SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE HE WAS "SLOW OF SPEECH AND OF A SLOW TONGUE". LOOK WHAT IT SAYS IN EXODUS 4:10-16 And Moses said unto the Lord, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue. And the Lord said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the Lord?
Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say. And he said, O my Lord, send, I pray thee, by the hand of him whom thou wilt send. And the anger of the Lord was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is not Aaron the Levite thy brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee: and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart. And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do. And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people: and he shall be, even he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God. GOD MET MOSES RIGHT WHERE HE WAS AND SENT AARON WITH HIM TO SPEAK FOR MOSES. HE WILL DO THE SAME FOR YOU.
JUST TRUST GOD AND OBEY WHAT HE TELLS YOU. IF YOU FEEL THAT HE IS TELLING YOU SOMETHING, DON'T LET THE DEVIL HINDER YOU IN MAKING YOUR DECISION. HE WILL DO THAT, YOU KNOW. AND, WHAT WE HAVE TO BE AWARE OF IS THAT SOME TIMES IT IS NOT THE DEVIL BUT OUR OLD CARNAL NATURE. WE WANT SOMETHING SO BAD THAT WE ARE WILLING TO QUESTION GOD AND HIS ANSWER. THE BEST ADVISE I CAN GIVE YOU IS TO STAY IN GOD'S WORD AND RENEW YOUR MIND. THEN YOU WILL MAKE THE RIGHT DECISIONS.
