I AM AN 80 YEAR OLD MALE, BORN AGAIN, CHRISTIAN WITH A LOVE FOR JESUS. I DO NOT GET OUT MUCH ANYMORE BUT FIND THAT TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT THE LOVE JESUS HAS FOR THEM IS NOT ONLY WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO DO BUT SOMETHING THAT THE WORLD NEEDS.

HOW THANKFUL ARE YOU?
WHAT A GLORIOUS DAY TO BE ALIVE. DO YOU KNOW WHY? READ WHAT IT SAYS IN PSALM 118:24 "This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it". DAVID IS TALKING ABOUT OUR SAVIOR. I KNOW THAT SOME OF YOU HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED HIM AS YOUR SAVIOR BUT THAT DOES NOT TAKE AWAY THE FACT THAT HE IS THE SAVIOR. HE WAS BORN TO DIE FOR US. YOU MIGHT SAY WE WERE ALL BORN TO DIE. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY CHOICE....JESUS DID. HE CHOSE TO BE BORN SO HE COULD DIE FOR US SO ALL OUR SINS WOULD BE FORGIVEN. THAT IS A BIG DIFFERENCE.
WE CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO IMAGINE WHAT HE HAD TO GO THROUGH ALL HIS LIFE. JUST KNOWING WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN WOULD HAVE BEEN BAD ENOUGH BUT WHAT ABOUT BEING REJECTED ALL YOUR LIFE BY YOUR OWN CREATION.
LOOK WHAT THESE TWO VERSES SAY. EPHESIANS 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: AND COLOSSIANS 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
I HOPE EVERYONE HAS THANKED HIM FOR THIS DAY AND HAVE TOLD HIM THAT YOU LOVE HIM? DOESN'T IT FEEL GOOD WHEN YOUR CHILDREN TELL YOU THAT THEY LOVE YOU? DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR HIM TODAY. IF YOU ARE NOT SAVED, ASK HIM TO BE YOUR SAVIOR. IF YOU ARE SAVED, GIVE HIM THE REST OF YOUR LIFE TO DO WITH WHAT HE WANTS. PROMISE HIM YOU WILL START STUDYING THE BIBLE AND REALLY MEAN IT. PROMISE HIM YOU WILL TELL SOMEONE ABOUT HIM AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK OR MORE IF YOU ARE REALLY SINCERE. WE SHOULD BE TELLING SOMEONE EVERY DAY.
JESUS REALLY LOVES US. I SAY IT THAT WAY BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE SAY IT BUT DON'T REALLY THINK ABOUT IT. WE ALL KNOW JOHN 3:16 AND MOST OF US CAN SAY IT WORD FOR WORD, BUT DO WE REALLY KNOW THE DEPTH OF THAT PASSAGE? ONE OF MY MOST FAVORITE PASSAGES IS ALSO IN JOHN WHERE JESUS IS PRAYING FOR ME. HE IS ALSO PRAYING FOR YOU BUT I LIKE TO MAKE IT PERSONAL. TO THINK THAT JESUS, PRAYED TO HIS FATHER FOR ME. I WILL LEAVE YOU WITH HIS WORDS.
JOHN 17:24-26 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it:
that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.
