"A TRIBUTE OF BILLY GRAHAM" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

AS YOU CAN SEE, THIS IS A TRIBUTE TO BILLY GRAHAM WHICH I THINK IS WONDERFULLY PUT AND I WANTED TO SHARE IT WITH YOU ALL.

William Franklin "Billy" Graham Jr.
November 7, 1918 - February 21, 2018

Billy Graham had the best day of his life on February 21, 2018, as he was welcomed into glory by millions of people whose lives he had touched and he heard the words "Well done, good and faithful servant" from the One whom he had served all his life. We will certainly miss his personal influence here on earth, but that influence lives on through the countless lives he touched during his long ministry.

Billy Graham has probably touched more lives for Jesus than any person who has ever lived. Yet it was never about him. I remember many times I heard him interviewed, and he would always turn the conversation to Jesus. He influenced kings and queens and every former American president since Eisenhower. But he never moved away from the simplicity of the Gospel.

He was offered positions in government, but I heard him say that he would not lower himself to accept them. He valued representing Jesus to the world as the highest calling anyone could have. And he did it exceptionally well.

His standards of morality have influenced my own personal life and ministry. In eighty years of ministry, he never had a moral failure, and he kept his focus on the Lord. Very few people in history have escaped the pitfalls of fame.

His influence will continue to be felt in the world for a very long time through all the people who were changed by his message. It's our turn to carry on the Gospel message and impact our culture as he did. I'm looking forward to personally meeting him on the best day of my life.
