ARE YOU LETTING GOD PROVIDE FOR YOU?
ARE YOUR NEEDS MET? THEY COULD BE IF YOU WOULD JUST LET GOD SUPPLY THEM. HE LOVES US AND WANTS TO PROVIDE FOR US. LOOK WHAT JESUS SAYS IN MATTHEW 6:26 "Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?" PHILIPPIANS 4:19 TELLS US WHAT GOD WILL DO (But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.) THIS MAKES IT PRETTY CLEAR IF WE WILL JUST TRUST HIM AND BE OBEDIENT TO HIS WORD. I BELIEVE THERE ARE CONDITIONS THAT NEED TO BE MET AS HE SAYS IN LUKE 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. HE ALSO SAYS HE LOVES A CHEERFUL GIVER.
HOW ABOUT YOUR DESIRES? DON'T YOU LIKE TO GIVE YOUR KIDS THINGS THAT THEY WANT? LOOK WHAT PSALM 37:4 SAYS "Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart." ALL THIS IS NOT WHAT I SAY BUT WHAT THE BIBLE PLAINLY SAYS. IF YOU DESIRE TO PROSPER THEN BELIEVE FOR IT. 3RD JOHN 1:2 SAYS "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." THE GOOD THING ABOUT PROSPERING IS THAT WHEN YOU HAVE ENOUGH FOR YOURSELF, THEN YOU CAN HELP OTHERS. THAT IS ONE OF THE JOYS OF PROSPERING. GOD TAKES PLEASURE IN OUR PROSPERITY. PSALM 35:27 SAYS "Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant." GIVE HIM A CHANCE AND I GUARANTEE YOU HE WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU.
