GOD IS PLEASED WITH OUR PROSPERITY
I HAVE RECEIVED A LOT OF BAD COMMENTS ABOUT WRITING ABOUT THIS BUT I AM ONLY QUOTING GOD'S WORD. I HAVE ASKED THEM IF THE LORD GETS PLEASURE OUT OF OUR PROSPERITY, THEN WHY SHOULD WE NOT TRY TO PROSPER AND EVEN HELP OTHERS. JESUS SAYS TO GIVE AND IT SHALL BE GIVEN BACK TO US AND IF WE ARE DOING WHAT HE SAYS, I DON'T SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT.
ARE YOU PROSPEROUS? YOU COULD BE BECAUSE GOD WANTS YOU TO BE. IT PLEASES HIM TO SEE YOU PROSPER. SEE WHAT IT SAYS IN PSALM 35:27 "Let them shout for joy , and be glad , that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant."
GOD HAS GIVEN YOU THE POWER THROUGH HOLY SPIRIT TO RECEIVE ALL HIS BLESSINGS. GET INTO HIS WORD AND BUILD YOUR FAITH AND START RECEIVING WHAT GOD WANTS YOU TO HAVE.
GOD IS NOT CHEAP. JESUS SAID HE DID ONLY THE WILL OF HIS FATHER SO LET'S LOOK AT SOME OF THE THINGS JESUS DID.
HOW ABOUT CHANGING WATER INTO WINE. HE DIDN'T JUST GIVE THEM A FEW BOTTLES OF WINE TO FINISH OUT THEIR WEDDING PARTY. HE GAVE THEM MUCH MORE. THE EXPERTS HAVE MEASURED OUT THE SIX WATER POTS AND HOW MUCH A "FIRKIN" IS. (JOHN 2:6-7 And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece. Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.) THAT CAME OUT TO ABOUT 162 GALLONS. THAT IS A LOT OF WINE.
LOOK AT WHEN JESUS WAS FEEDING THE FIVE THOUSAND AND THE FOUR THOUSAND, PLUS WOMEN AND CHILDREN. THAT WAS A LOT OF PEOPLE AND HE DID IT WITH A TOTAL OF 12 LOAVES AND A FEW FISHES. LOOK HOW MUCH THEY HAD LEFT OVER. IT WAS MORE THAN THEY STARTED WITH. THIS JUST SHOWS HOW GOD IS WILLING TO NOT ONLY MEET OUR NEEDS BUT TO GIVE US MUCH MORE.
IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE ONES USING YOUR FAITH AND ARE BEING BLESSED AND HAVE MORE THAN YOU NEED, USE YOUR FAITH FOR EVEN MORE. THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT HAVE NOT YET LEARNED AND YOU CAN HELP THEM OUT. EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE MORE THAN YOU NEED, JESUS SAYS IN LUKE 6:38 TO "Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again."
I WILL LEAVE YOU WITH ACTS 20:35 WHERE PAUL SAYS "I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive." BE A BLESSING TO SOMEONE TODAY. IF SOMEONE IS HELPING YOU AND BLESSING YOU, TAKE IT AND BE THANKFUL THAT GOD HAS TOUCHED SOMEONE SO THAT THEY WOULD HELP YOU. REMEMBER WHAT IT SAID ABOVE IN LUKE 6:38 "Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom."
