I AM AN 80 YEAR OLD MALE, BORN AGAIN, CHRISTIAN WITH A LOVE FOR JESUS. I DO NOT GET OUT MUCH ANYMORE BUT FIND THAT TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT THE LOVE JESUS HAS FOR THEM IS NOT ONLY WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO DO BUT SOMETHING THAT THE WORLD NEEDS.

DO YOU BELIEVE IN GOD'S TIMING?
DO YOU HAVE PRAYERS THAT YOU BELIEVE HAVEN'T BEEN ANSWERED? DON'T GIVE UP BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN ANSWERED AND THE MANIFESTING OF THOSE PRAYERS COULD BE JUST AROUND THE CORNER. HERE ARE THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW WHEN YOU ARE PRAYING. LOOK AT THESE THREE SCRIPTURES IN THE BOOK OF JOHN. TWO OF THEM ARE ALMOST IDENTICAL SO WHAT IT SAYS MUST BE IMPORTANT.
IN JOHN 15:16 JESUS SAID "Whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.."
IN JOHN 16:23 JESUS SAID "Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you."
IN JOHN 14:13 JESUS SAID "And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son."
DO YOU SEE THE MAIN FOCUS OF ALL THREE OF THESE, "ASK IN THE NAME OF JESUS" AND "IT WILL BE GIVEN YOU." THERE IS POWER IN THAT NAME. I LOVE WHAT PAUL SAYS IN Philippians 2:9-11 "Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father". EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW! THAT GETS ME EXCITED.
ANYWAY, JUST REMEMBER THIS IS ONLY PART OF HAVING YOUR PRAYERS ANSWERED. READ WHAT JESUS SAYS IN MARK 11:24 "Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire , when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." IF YOU PRAY FOR THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN THEN YOU ARE NOT BELIEVING YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT. JUST BELIEVE. REMEMBER HE SAYS "YOU SHALL" HAVE THEM. HE DIDN'T SAY IMMEDIATELY. GOD HAS PERFECT TIMING...JUST TRUST HIM.
