WHEN JESUS WAS TEACHING HIS DISCIPLES ON THE MOUNT OF OLIVES, THEY ASK HIM IN MATTHEW 24:3 "Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?" LOOK WHAT JESUS TOLD THEM IN VERSES 4-7 "Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places."

EARTHQUAKES.....(IN THE 80'S---OVER 86, AND THE 90'S---OVER 100, ALL OVER 6.0, NOT TO MENTION THOSE THAT HAVE HAPPENED IN THE 2000's)
BESIDES ALL THOSE THINGS, HOW ABOUT THE PERSECUTIONS GONG ON AROUND THE WORLD. A BISHOP IN INDONESIA SAYS HIS CONGREGATION HAS TO POST A LOOK-OUT DURING WORSHIP SERIES FOR FEAR OF ROVING MUSLIM EXTREMISTS WHO WOULD DO THEM HARM IF THEY CAUGHT THEM WORSHIPING JESUS. THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING IN INDIA. WE DON'T NOW HOW BLESSED WE ARE.
HOW ABOUT ALL THE TURMOIL WE ARE GOING THROUGH RIGHT NOW WITH THE WITH THE PANDEMIC, NOT TO MENTION THE TURNING AWAY FROM GOD AND....WELL, I DON'T HAVE TO GO ON WITH WHAT IS HAPPENING BECAUSE YOU HEAR IT EVERY DAY.
SO, HOW LONG DO YOU THINK WE HAVE? JUST THINK, IT COULD BE TODAY OR TOMORROW. I SURE WANT TO BE READY, HOW ABOUT YOU. LOOK WHAT JESUS SAYS IN MATTHEW 24:13 "But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." LET'S ALL ENDURE UNTIL THE END.

Christ said to always be ready. If you watch The two preachers on you-tube you will see. They will tell you its global warming. (???) There is way more than what you listed David. And what you listed is well thought of. You can see in society how people are EAGER for entertainment too. It looked that way during the others pandemics as well. Are we. Most likely yes! But no one can really put a timeline on it but Christ did say " hypocrites ! You can discern the face of the sky and of the earth, but how is it you do not discern this time ?" . Luke 12:56 He gave examples with the fig tree. John 2:16 (I am reminded often). They have made Gods house of prayer into a den of thief's. God is not happy .
Now your question: Could it get much worst. Well according to scripture the birth pains INTENSIFY! At the end of the day no one wants this but we know when they say peace & safety sudden destruction will come. 1 Thessalonians 5:3 We can pray but we must submit.
You know when Christ said no-one REALLY left home for MY SAKE and THE Gospel's sake what was he REALLY saying ? There is not even one whom is good. You need to DO HIS WILL! Not ours. How many really do it for his sake/gospels sake? There is life in his way and death (Outer darkness/sin) any other way). Anyone whom tries to enter any other way is a thief. John 10 1-16 He is the only door and many people will be told he knows not whom they are. Modern Christians are too busy being worried instead of living the life in Christ. The world loves its own! Submission to his way is important. What will it prophet a man to gain the world and perish. (Lose his/her soul). Matthew 16:26
