I AM AN 80 YEAR OLD MALE, BORN AGAIN, CHRISTIAN WITH A LOVE FOR JESUS. I DO NOT GET OUT MUCH ANYMORE BUT FIND THAT TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT THE LOVE JESUS HAS FOR THEM IS NOT ONLY WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO DO BUT SOMETHING THAT THE WORLD NEEDS.

FIND YOUR VERY SPECIAL PLACE
HAVE YOU EVER JUST SAT ALONE IN YOUR "VERY SPECIAL PLACE" AND SANG PRAISES TO JESUS? WHAT A WONDERFUL FEELING IT IS TO JUST BE CAUGHT UP IN HIS LOVE. I CAN JUST SEE A LOT OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY DOING THIS. WE SHOULD ALL FIND OUR "VERY SPECIAL PLACE" AND DO THIS.
I LOVE PSALM 100. JUST READ IT AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT IT SAYS.
"Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations."
I LOVE THIS BECAUSE IT TALKS ABOUT JESUS AND THIS WAS WRITTEN HUNDREDS OF YEARS BEFORE HE WAS BORN. I LOVE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT SAYS "THE LORD, HE IS GOD" AND "IT IS HE THAT HAS MADE US".
I KNOW I QUOTE THESE NEXT FEW VERSES A LOT BUT PEOPLE JUST WON'T LISTEN. WE MUST KNOW WHO JESUS IS. JOHN EVEN TELLS US THIS IN JOHN 1:1-3 WHERE HE SAYS "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made." WE KNOW THIS WAS JESUS BECAUSE IN THE 14TH VERSE IT SAYS "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,"
ANOTHER GREAT VERSE I ENJOY IS EXODUS 15:2. (The Lord is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him.) TWO THINGS STAND OUT IN THIS VERSE. IT SAYS "I WILL PREPARE HIM AN HABITATION". I LIKE THIS BECAUSE THE DICTIONARY SAYS HABITATION MEANS "The state of being inhabited." AND, WE CHRISTIANS ARE INHABITED BY JESUS. THE OTHER THING IS THE WORD "EXALT" WHICH MEANS "To glorify, praise, or honor." THIS IS CERTAINLY WHAT WE ALL SHOULD BE DOING. HE DESERVED NO LESS.
SO, FIND YOUR "VERY SPECIAL PLACE" AND LIFT UP YOUR VOICE IN SONG PRAISING JESUS. SEE WHAT DAVID SAID IN 2ND SAMUEL 22:4 AND PSALM 18:3 "I will call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised : so shall I be saved from mine enemies." WE SHOULD DO THIS BECAUSE WE LOVE HIM AND FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR US AND ALSO BECAUSE THIS WILL DRIVE SATAN NUTS AS HE HATES FOR US TO PRAISE JESUS. LET'S ALL GIVE SATAN A BAD DAY TODAY, AND EVERY DAY, BY SINGING PRAISES TO AND WORSHIPPING JESUS.
