WHEN SHE TOLD HIM THAT THEY COULD NOT EAT OF THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OR THY WOULD DIE, LOOK WHAT HE TOLD HER IN GENESIS 3:4-5 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
DON'T FEEL BAD BECAUSE YOU HAVE DOUBTED AS LONG AS YOU HAVE REPENTED FOR IT AND NOW BELIEVE. THE REASON I SAY THIS IS BECAUSE JOHN THE BAPTIST DOUBTED AT ONE TIME AND EVEN SENT TWO OF HIS DISCIPLES TO JESUS TO ASK HIM THIS QUESTION IN LUKE 7:19 "And John calling unto him two of his disciples sent them to Jesus, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?" JESUS DID NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION WITH A YES OR NO BUT TOLD THEM IN LUKE 7:22-23 "Then Jesus answering said unto them, Go your way, and tell John what things ye have seen and heard; how that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, to the poor the gospel is preached. And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me."
TO SEE THE PURE LOVE OF JESUS, LOOK WHAT JESUS SAID ABOUT JOHN IN MATTHEW 11:11 "Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he." JESUS KNEW JOHN'S HEART JUST AS HE KNOWS OURS AND FORGIVES US WHEN WE HAVE DOUBTS. THAT IS WHY I AM ALWAYS SAYING WE ALL SHOULD STAY IN GOD'S WORD SO WE KNOW.
THE BIBLE IS NOT JUST SOME OLD BOOK YOU PICK UP AND READ WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE SOMETHING TO WATCH ON TV OR YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO DO. IT IS GOD'S OWNER'S MANUAL FOR LIFE. IT IS NOT LIKE THE OWNER'S MANUEL'S FOR OUR CARS WHERE WE GO TO IT WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG TO SEE WHAT TO DO. WE SHOULD KNOW EVERYTHING IN GOD'S OWNER'S MANUAL SO WE CAN HEAD OFF THE TROUBLES INSTEAD OF THEM COMING UPON US AND THEN GO TO IT. IT IS MORE DETAILED THAN ANY OTHER OWNER'S MANUAL AND THE GOOD THING IS IT IS BACKED UP WITH AN ABSOLUTE GUARANTEE FOR LIFE. YOU CAN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT. KNOW WHAT YOUR OWNER'S MANUAL SAYS FROM FRONT TO BACK.
