Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for this day. I find that many of my days are challenging in dealing with certain people in my life. Help me to always be kind and gentle, and not respond in the wrong way to people who say things that bother me. Help me to have Your compassion for them and pray for them instead of criticizing them. Also, Lord, I find that many times, I try to justify my position in situations that would be better if I just let You defend me. Help me guard my tongue. Use my words to be a blessing to others. Help me overcome all temptation to speak evil of anyone. Especially help me to be kind to those in my family and workplace so that we may all work in in peace and harmony. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for all the blessings You have given us this day. Even when we face troubles, we know we can face them with Your guidance as to how to solve them. Thank You for the promise that You are with us in everything. I love and appreciate You, Lord. You are very kind and merciful to us. Help me to live a righteous life before those whom You have allowed me to influence. May I never bring reproach upon You, Lord. Help me to change my corner of the world for the better through Your power and help. I humbly ask this in Your son, Jesus' name. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, What a wonderful time we live in...the days just before your second coming. Thank you that You have chosen me and all of my brothers and sisters for this great day of the Lord. May we all prepare our hearts before You so that we will not fail to accept the call that is on each of our lives. We are all called to serve You. Some presently have the high honor of raising their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, while others are business men who are ministering to their flocks (employees) where they are planted. We are all servants of the most High and it matters not what our vocation is, as our true vocation is to minister Your love and Word wherever we are. May we each be faithful so that You truly will be glorified. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you with a thankful heart for all the things you have done for me. I really cannot thank you enough. I do want to continue to be one of you faithful servants. I must rely on you to fill me with your love and strength every day in order to be obedient and serve you. Help me to be able to share your love with all those who you allow me to be a witness to. Lord, help me to overcome the sin and weaknesses that hinder Your work in my life. I do ask for the grace to die to my ways and live unto Yours. Help me to be diligent in all the things that You have commissioned me to do. May I reflect Your glory and love to all who know me. I ask this in Your name, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, I do appreciate You, and I want my life to glorify you. Fill me today with Your Holy Spirit so that I might bring encouraging words to others. Father, I have been down at times in my life and I am so grateful for my brothers and sisters in the Lord who came to me with faith and encouragement. They lifted me up, and today I want to lift them up. You know each of them and exactly what they are going through at this time. Bless them and encourage them and meet their needs even as You used them to meet my needs in the trying times of my life. May we all be good witnesses for You and never lose our saltiness. Lord, shine on us that we may reflect Your glory. I ask this in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your creation of animals. You made so many magnificent creatures. Your diversity is astounding. Some are such a delight to watch. We can learn from so many of them. Your domesticated animals are such a joy to us, while the wild ones challenge us to observe their ways and learn about them. Thank you that You made them for man's enjoyment and use. Since many of them are directly dependant upon us, help us to be good stewards over them. Lord, protect the endangered beasts of the earth who are hunted by poachers for the wrong reasons. Lord, may our prayers create a spiritual ark for the preservation of your animals, especially the ones that are near extinction. Give us Your heart for the animals You created. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, I do thank You for the encouragement that You bring, when at times, I am tempted to become discouraged in certain situations. I am greatly encouraged when You do answer my prayers. You truly are a faithful God that hears and answers our prayers. I am amazed at times, when I have totally forgotten a prayer that I prayed years ago and suddenly it comes to pass. Lord, encourage my brothers and sisters in the Lord, and answer their prayers that have been prayed according to Your will. Send hope to those who need it and give them faith to believe You for their answers. Help me to respond to those who disagree with me in the manner that You would have me to respond. Fill me with Your love, and empower me with Your Holy Spirit to do Your will in every situation. I ask this in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.
